Thats a fair point....but then if you want to just go by players instead of teams....then sorry but east london win hands down,in fact my west ham wins hands down half the england team either started off or made their name at west ham.....dafoe,lampard,carrick,johnson,james,ferdinand,cole x 2.....the list go,s on right back to paul ince !....even john terry is out of east london !....if it wasnt for west ham england would never have won the world cup for crying out loud Also west ham field week to week a higher number of english players than any other premier league team....not as many as b

Had a few northern lads doing some work at my home last week...had a bit of banter and debate about who has had more sporting success london or the north.....we went through 3 main sports Boxing.....undoubtedly London Cricket....not a fan myself,but conceded it to the North so the decider was footie..... ill second that Its worth remembering this country gave 7.1 billion pounds in aid to foreign countries last year whether it be starving africans or what.....absolutely right charity begins at home....shame it takes a tragedy for that to be realised !!

It never ceases to amaze me how bitter the irsh/scots/welsh are towards us english when it comes to sport.....i remember following barry mcguigans fighting career,ken buchanan....even colin jones and being 100 % behind them....whenever the irish/scots/welsh have played in world cups ive been behind them....ryan giggs is one of my all time sporting heros...... Was lucky enough to have good seats and was probably only 20 feet from hayes corner and every person within the same distance i was clearly heard haye say to adam booth " ive cracked my hand "...( exact words )...personally i dont think it was a break or crack but he did clearly hurt his hand.... Its so easy for folk to lose their cool when a string of bad form or bad results come along.....but the reality is there is very little to choose between around 10/12 teams in the premier league,who will probably not win it any time soon,but also will not be relegated any time soon....liverpool being one of them.........so it really cant be a massive shock that they have a bad run from time to time....i think this run proves how much liverpool miss gerrard....but i find this moaning about benitez ridiculous......too much emphasis these days is put on managers....i would bet my bollocks liverpo

Not sure about that statement....i know a few watford lads and they admit marlon king was adored while he was playing there...... I dont see it as any worse of a crime just because he,s a pro footballer theres any number of dicks walking around thinking their the bees knees at least the lad did actually do something worth bragging about......that said,how he didnt do any time before this is beyond my logic

I disagree...haye proved in the mormeck fight he has the heart for a battle after suffering a heavy knockdown in that fight to come back and knock the guy out.......no trainer can give you heart no.....but a trainer can certainly give you great motivation and make you tactically aware during a bout that is going away from you......how much experience or knowledge booth has as a tactician or how he plans fights tactically i would say is questionable......yes at this stage of his career i dont believe he would beat either klitchkos,they would beat him yes ruin him no....

Yes but it might just be worth remembering holyfield was 46 years old in that fight !......i wont name drop like you did ....but needless to say,most people in the sport are making haye a favourite to win this fight.....
