250 miles ??....if im not wrong kingston on spey is near elgin ?....only about 10 -15 miles from forres is it not..... lovely part of the world is right....wouldnt 250 miles would find you on the way to iceland ?,saying that geographys not my strong point forgot to add.....pm sent mr awen

Not really sure of the geographical layout up there but i do know of a place a few miles from raf kinloss near Forres....needs a little work but certainly a beautiful area if you like peace and quiet.

Think its worth remembering this staff which was clearly a dog aggressive dog anyway,was being exercised with no collar or lead and was in the care of young children...... Bills dog although off a lead ( nothing wrong with that ) was in the care of an adult...... bills/families fault ? no bills dogs fault ? no the other dogs fault ? no the other kids fault ? no the other dogs owner who allowed an aggressive dog to be exercised off a lead by young children in what seems a fairly public place fault?........dont think theres much argument .......cracking heads wont solve anything

Im not becoming a member of the " i love strongstuff " club .....but he,s absolutely right..... Just because a dog gives it to another dog is absolutely no reason to say the dog will attack a human being,especially the bull terrier breeds....in fact moreso,its a breed characteristic that many will be dodgy around dogs but 100 % with people...... Bill i think you need have a sharp word with the owner of the dog and a nice gentle explannation of the unfortunate nature of some dog breeds/owners with your daughter......... Some folk will remember a well known dog a few years back called Skateboard....not a nice name considering the look of the dog ! Loads of people were calling their dogs Tyson in the late ,s.....then quickly changed the dogs name in the 90,s A lad i used to know named all his dogs after heavyweight boxing champions....ali,floyd,sonny....even a bruno !

my logic tells me you might get more joy on a pet dog forum rather than a working dog forum besides if you havent got homes lined up from a potential mating then why breed....plenty of staffs and crosses in shelters no need to add more.

So what gives you the god given right to decide who should have a working type dog even if they dont want to work it ie any old tom dick or harry?? Its a dog just the same as any other dog, four legs and a tail and anybody has the right to own one weather they work it or just have it as a fire side companion. Neither are 95 % of dogs bred....it dont stop people breeding dogs......as long as there not sold out like cheap suits i cant see the problem,i mean its not like the breed needs preserving in its finest form is it.....bit late in the day for these sort of breeds getting all moral about unscrupulous breedings.

In todays times of this word " racist " that we are all so scared of using......does anyone know what it actually means ?? It seems to me we have it rammed down our throat everyday,we all seem to live in fear of being termed " a racist ".....you can get arrested for it apparently..........but what exactly is it ? Is it a physical thing or is it just an opinion........for instance.....i had a long drive today and spent almost 6 hours listening to talksport on the radio......for at least 5 of them hours they sat banging on about kicking racism out of football on the back of this hadj diouf

i totally agree with this.....and it just shows the dim mentality of your average peddlar,or maybe their ego i dont know which.... your average working dog sells for what 250ish ?.....a kc chihuahua or yorkie etc sells for 3 times that.....they take up a third of the space and a third of the food bill !.....why not go f**k around in these breeds if moneys the motive you cant lower the quality of them much more than they are already are....and leave working dogs for straight up folk...... But no,maybe ego or greed gets the better of them and even the genuine working dog man can be a greedy

This is the one that always cracks me up..... " i bred the litter to keep one back for myself.....and the other 7 are 250 pound each " what a load of ol bollocks.....if you want a pup off your own dogs then breed away but dont then come out with bullshit to try and justify the peddlars mentaility..... also...i dont give a monkeys if a man keeps dogs in great conditions,in great kennels,well fed and cared for.....there is still no real reason for 75 % of working dogs to have been bred....how many working dogs go to working homes maybe 25 % ?..........the overspill should be culled

Dont forget though....its a MINIMUM of 4 minutes ....3 minutes or whatever it may be.... If im not wrong there was a substitution during this 4 minutes as well which will add more time. The losing team will always be pissed off but if the same happens next week in your favour will you be complaining....hopefully luck evens itself out over a season....but i know how it feels...fantastic game nonetheless.....shame bellamy couldnt run that fast when he was down west ham i despise that man.

these little splinter groups have never been any good as far as "getting anything done " go,s.....yes they might crack a few heads like the old combat 18 and various other " groups " did......but they wont change anything......if folk are hoping for change what makes most sense a few small groups running round making headlines but making no difference.....or 1 big group standing solidly and possibly sooner or later making a change......its a marathon not a sprint.

There will be more and more little groups like this cropping up over the coming years and as much as i understand them and dont have a problem with their views.......i think it will just delay any change and give the bnp even less chance of success than they already have....id rather see people get behind 1 serious legitimate party than 5 or 6 different splinter groups......ie,put all your eggs in one basket.

me too brookie...at that time politics still played a big part in boxing,if you remember holmes was about to beat marcianos 49 fight unbeaten record if he beat spinks....i believe the big chiefs didnt want a black man breaking a white mans record and going down in history and were going to find any excuse they could to stop holmes winning.....that said spinks did fight a courageous fight both times. holmes was a very good champion his fight with earnie shavers was one of the best heavyweight fights i ever saw.
