Yep I wasnt being a dick mate......some folk dont even regard nolv as a pct....some will see toremiphene as a rouded compound of nolv/clomid..........timings will all be dependant on your cycle.......my point is im a believer in that you have to put the ground work in yourself....when your messing with stuff you dont understand you cant rely on somebody holding your hand and walking you through it....by all means ask advice but take responsibility for yourself you cant just go willy nilly asking anyone who cares to give you an answer in your local boozer and put faith in the answer you get...

piss poor comparison gnasher. if you had a big chap sat with his wife keeping him totally in check and behaveing like a gent. and a a load of gobby teenagers start on them, who is to blame.? dog aggressive probably needs cleared up. in my case its not a problem as my dog is well behaved and under control. he willnot however put up with any shit. this is not a problem if all owners where responsible. My advice would be.......go to a gym and speak to strong healthy people who know what they are talking about instead of asking strangers on a hunting site I made the mistake of giving a lad off here advice a few years ago who i knew nothing about and it came back to bite me on the arse when i found out he had only been lifting 6 weeks !!!......I,ll never do that again and would rather give no advice than give bad advice and giving any advice on health related matters to a stranger can be dangerous. I think it might of been Wilf who said it about 5 or 6 pages back.......some dogs are just not suited to being kept as pet dogs in densely populated areas......you cant blame everyone and everything around you if YOU choose the wrong breed of dog for your situation ! If a big strong aggressive man with a short fuse hangs about in pubs full of gobby teenagers who is to blame if the shit hits the fan.........he didnt have to be there !

I seem to remember that book though i might be getting it confused with another one......it was a complete pile of sensationalist nonsense if its the one im thinking.................A good read of more recent years is Mick Harts " Tears on a Keyboard "........its worth a read even just for the interest value......and a lot more realistic.

Yes the final push in learning how to post pictures came from wanting to know what Canaries i have ...... if id felt enough reason to id of learned before that. Well you are right !......Some things are not about opinion they are simple right or wrong...........If i gave a loaded gun to some gobby kid off the street i dont know and then said " i dont think he will shoot anyone ".............thats wrong regardless of opinion.........put certain dogs in the hands of certain people and you got to expect trouble of some sort.

Competetive bodybuilding is for a very tiny percent of lifters...........................is Crufts a dog sport ?...id say no myself but by your reckoning it must be. That would never happen though..... but the point is preparation towards the sport doesn't matter,the sport is the activity itself. i.e the 100s of miles of roadwork,100s of rounds sparring,dieting,making weight etc etc you may need to do to be a pro boxer isn't the sport,the sport is the 4-12 rounds in the ring competing. I think im in agreement ...............the fight/race/match etc....is the reward for the hard work and dedication leading up to it..........bodybuilding doesnt have that.................personally i dont compete anymore i dont particularly like a lot of things

That picture is during training inside a gym not in the local pub or restaurant what do you want people to train in whooly jumpers and denims ?....Freedom of movement is more important than fashionable clothing...........Ive never hung around in rooms with lots of mirrors,i go in the gym,train and get out...... Some folk seem to have very steroetyped attitudes to certain things.....funny that,when the boots on the other foot and people steroetype hunters as evil nasty scum those same people start moaning about being sterotyped ....human natures a funny thing sometimes.

No,but then i wouldnt like the idea of my son boxing,getting in street fights,rumping as many birds as possible......and a thousand other things ive done myself...............but thats just being a parent i guess,i know i cant control his life and if he chose that life id make sure he did it with good information and advice,same as anyone else who asked my advice on the subject.Like most subjects mate......people only remember the extreme cases the media wish to protray as examples or the extreme stories people tell and develop an impression.......the millions of other run of the mill unremark
