    Exactly.....so maybe its you that thinks we are better than what we are if your not happy with that performance ? As an average international side i was well pleased with the performance just a shame about the result. I don't think we are better than we are, I think we are bloody awful......but there is no excuse for it if you get my drift mate. Some may call me unrealistic but I just prefer to call dross dross. I think we,ve had the conversation before mate as West Ham fans we support an average club and therefore dont expect too much.....i dont see it any different with England

    How it works is anything that happens inside a ground is down to Uefa......anything that happens outside a ground is down to police.......my guess would be French police liased with English police and identified folk that way.......and French police liased with Russian police and was told to get f****d !

    I know a chap who does a bit of scouting for West Ham just looking at kids from local leagues etc......occasionally he will get sent abroad to look at a player and he reckons the difference in grass roots football is amazing......according to him we place too much emphasis on winning from an early age......it might of been Holland i forget now but he told me they are not allowed to play in competitive matches until they are 16......i said so how do you know if they are any good if they,re not playing competitively......he said wouldnt you know if a kid had potential as a fighter from watching

    So they live in France and support the French football team... Wouldn't that make them French supporters? The business with Tunisia go,s back to the world cup in 98 BGD......our opening game was against them and there was massive violence in Marseille again from the old port right down to the beech it was a messy few days and theres a big North African population there so i guess they didnt forget.

    It must be like fighting a good counter puncher you have to weigh up the risk of whats coming back before committing to the punch.........so they get after Rooney and he turns them or plays through them and puts Vardy away.........will they keep committing to getting after him..... i guess thats the threat of having a speed merchant up front

    Yep i get that......though i think playing next to a lad like that Dyer kid gives us the best of both worlds.....well thats the plan i think.......i dont think sides really have those Bryan Robson type of all round midfielders anymore do they its either a ball player like Rooney or a holding player like the other lad again it seems we,ve gone the continental way with that.......i do think sides will always try to isolate your ball player when they get the opportunity i guess its just how well his mate can protect him thats just how teams play nowadays dont they ?......ive said before though im

    Exactly as I saw it Gnash, when a teams on the back foot keep them there, I'm not a fan on Milner anyway so my heart sank when I saw him coming on!! You probably understand a players mind better than me mate but upon seeing those 2 come on wouldnt other players automatically go into a more defensive mindset ?......Walker and Rose looked a threat going forward all game but soon as them subs were made they just stopped.......it must give the opposition the bit of confidence they need when they see that with 10 minutes to go surely ? Rooney going off changed that IMO, they knew they could bomb o

    I thought Rooney played well myself i think this deeper role suits him as he can be trusted on the ball and has great vision.....i agree he probably hasnt got the legs for 90 minutes but i didnt see any reason to change anything i like Wiltshere but he does seem to march on a bit and leave big gaps behind him.......call me old fashioned but i just dont get this obsession with making substitutions when nothings going wrong......its what cost us in my opinion and theres only 1 man responsible for that....lets face it another 30 seconds and we would all be sitting here perfectly happy with a good
