I think your attitude to work changes over the years.....the risks you are willing to take and the effort you are willing to put in when you are young you end up giving second thoughts to later on in life.....my advice to any youngster is always to use that energy and fearless nothing to lose attitude of youth to full effect because as soon as you have something to lose caution comes in. Not sure where you,ve had that figure from mate but we,ve never been valued at a billion.....you sure you havent looked at the figure for David Sullivan himself. In 2015 we was worth 245 million and today we are worth 597 million.....for me the sacrifices made were not worth doubling the value but then i dont own the club.

Thats it mate yes just a short walk to Chingford Cemetery.....it got closed down sometime in the 90,s but is still an indoor swimming pool/sports centre today.

In all seriousness i find it a bit strange how even though Sunderland are one of the biggest clubs in Division 1 they have no players anyone outside Sunderland have ever heard of....even the manager ive just had to look up who he is and where he came from......normally the bigger lower league clubs attract some wily old pro,s or exciting young prospects but all the names listed in a previous post ive literally never heard of any of them i wonder if their scouting network isnt up to par or something.

Im not so sure he seems a bit old school to me,the type of local lad that ends up a 1 club player.....would be nice to see....looks like they have this game sewn up anyway.

I disagree mate ive watched a lot of non league football these last few months and watching that game yesterday i cant see an awful lot of difference in quality between tiers 3 - 6 i think the premier league to mid table championship is almost a different sport in terms of quality....but then from first division down to level 6 is negligible ive seen sides in the Nationwide South that im pretty sure could hang with second and third division teams in a one off game...but something im realising is that finances at the lower end of football are even more important than the premiership in terms of

What do you think ?....Chingford was still quite a well to do area back then so a bunch of rough London boys up for the day already stood out like sore thumbs.....after that there was no chance !

When we was 16/17 odd me and a few pals drove out to a place called Larkswood in Chingford a couple of times one summer to get amongst the treacles all laying about in their bikinis?.... it was an open air pool surrounded by fields,none of us could swim properly but we,d hovver around the girlies flexing up like absolute berks....one time in full view of a bunch of raving sorts me and a pal started mucking about in the water and i fell under,going into a complete hysterical panic flapping my arms and legs about for what seemed like an eternity fearing my time was up.....eventually i feel mysel

Charlton deserve to go up as they finished the league higher but apart from Lee Bowyer being a Canning Town boy i couldnt give a bollock who go,s up... tomorrows the big one and again i dont mind Derby or Villa.

I swim like old people f**k i can swim forever but dont really seem to get anywhere !....kids are fearless though aint they i remember my 2 jumping in swimming pools like it was nothing in all weathers as well.

I just dont understand how these Fury lads are getting away with fighting people like this normally once you have fought at the top level you cant go back to fighting at the bottom level again that was just an embarrassment.

I just cant watch womens boxing that Irish birds decent but the rest are terrible its like womens football who wants to watch sport played badly just for the sake of pc. And whos Chris Norrad is he a boxer !
