It used to be 28 days but it changed to 28 - 45 at the discretion of a bbboc medical officer....but thats only in a competetive fight....its essentially to protect journeymen fighters. Personally i dont buy this concussion or panic attack stuff he would of had a doctor in his dressing room the whole time he wouldnt even of been allowed to put his gloves on if the doc thought there was anything up,its what he,s there for.....he is the same doctor you see checking the fighter in the ring after a fight. Spot on.....you listen to the uproar and hysteria because Joshua lost a fight and you start to realise why these top lads fear a loss so much and the fights become so hard to get made......its just a fight.

I agree with that,unfortunately Joshua has been manipulated into something he is not both in and out the ring....he came into the sport very late and will never be a seasoned boxer but what he does have is freakish athletic prowess and the ability to put together devastating combination punching....yet he is being trained away from that by the head coach of our nations amateur boxers !.....outside the ring an essentially rough street kid has been turned into an angelic role model for kids....too much wealth too soon,too much fame and self importance......a famous old Marvin Hagler saying was "

Henderson is an ex Sunderland player who lifted the Champions League Cup for Liverpool....it hardly compares to Bobby Moore being a West Ham player who lifted the World Cup for England does it ? Does seem like a good lad though that Henderson i watched a nice clip of him hugging his father after they won....i suppose really he,ll probably go down as the most famous player Sunderland have ever produced. What you reckon to our lot then Wilf signing a Millwall player today whats the world coming to ?....only that its Alvin Martins boy will he survive the abuse.

That was at York Hall as i remember my old mucker Dominic Negus opened the show he threw a beautiful hook to the body and the geezer went down holding his knee and retired ! Ingle was relentless that night Charlie Magri was in Mcmillans corner and was raving about Ingle. for weeks....sad the way things went i know nothing about him these days did he stay in the game does anyone know ?

Im not mad on the lad Bellew but i think he speaks a lot of sense on the emotions of fighters and he got it exactly right when he said Joshua showed an arrogance of " i,ll just have a walk over here and get myself together for a minute "....instead of desperately trying to convince the referee he could continue

I,ll chat with anyone who has a view on boxing however high or low their understanding is but a view has to be based on understanding and not who your favourite is otherwise its just schoolyard talk. I think all these lads will lose fights and thats the travesty they all have different vulnerabilities and different qualities so it makes for exciting fights but if only 1 of them will fight top opponents and he gets beaten does it really make the other 2 look better,of course it doesnt....this time Wilder performed great and Joshua performed badly but a few months ago it was the other way r

Couldnt agree more.....but if people dont vote against it they vote for it.....we constantly hear folk moaning about " its gone too far " and " the country is finished ".....well in that case it needs extreme measures to turn things around.....extreme measures to me are not the " oh Tommy Tommy " hang around the streets nonsense some so called patriots want to do,they just want a social club.....its simple support and voting of right wing political parties who are going to represent English people in an extreme way....and thats by putting us first.

I agree with what your saying mate all this tucking their hands behind their back is bollocks.....but i do think that was a pen there was no reason for his arm to be out like that.....personally i think penalties have too much influence on football these days id like to see the law changed that unless its a direct scoring opportunity then either a foul or handball should just be a free kick....as soon as a forward gets anywhere inside the box his mind is on going down so if its not a goal scoring chance why should the reward be a free shot on goal from 12 yards..

Great result but what a poor game i think sometimes when semi finals have been as dramatic as these 2 were the final can often be an anti climax.....almost as though the semi final was the achievement.

That is the long and the short of it.....i put a bet on Joshua a few days ago but when i saw him walk out last night i knew he just looked completely wrong so i quickly jumped on my phone and put some money on Ruiz to stop him.....for whatever reason Joshua looked like he was in a trance,totally over relaxed and under stimulated what was he standing in his corner for before the fight like a bouncer advertising a muggy " AJ Boxing " gumshield......and what some idiot was doing giving him a neck massage before a world title fight ?....any type of massage relaxes you at that point he needed relax

Without being a prick about it mate.....thats simply wrong,t doesnt matter how fit somebody is you need a date to peak to and 6 - 8 weeks simply isnt long enough to do that and its one of the privileges a world champion is entitled to. As for this whole heavyweight circus fans can make it as simple or as complicated as they like Joshua has been in the game virtually half the time the other 2 have and achieved far more.His resume is far better than the other 2 and he is the only one looking to unify the division.Wilder and Fury are both getting away with making good money fighting weak opp

I desperately hope Liverpool win it will be a choker if Spurs win as i still hold out hope of West Ham being the first London club to win the Champions League ?....( Chelsea dont count they're from Surrey ) 2 great attacking teams im really looking forward to the game.....Liverpool to humiliate the dirty yids 3 nil with a bit of luck.

Dont underestimate the importance of staying properly hydrated when you have disc degeneration issues,if the gelatinous material thats inside the discs is starved of water it becomes like a shock absorber with no oil....your discs are your dampers you cant let them run dry.
