  1. Thanks Buster All I need now is that Air Arms MPR.
  2. They can be built into either, my hw100 has the regulator built into the action not the cylinder. More shots per fill i guess "Vorsprung durch Technik" http://www.senapan-angin.info/weihrauch-hw100-regulator-stripdown.html
  3. Hi Lads I managed to seal the deal £30 for the BSA Goldstar .22 in immaculate condition "minus magazine", now added to my collection. HW100t.177, HW97k V-Mach.177, BSA Goldstar.22
  4. 18 shot double mag, i'll order that in the morning. Nice one Phantom
  5. Hi Lads He's coming round at 7.00 and I can have it for £30, What a nice bloke. I'll be posting pictures soon. Its a pitty it does'nt have a scope, but he chucking in a tin of pellets. You have all been very helpful, thanks for the advice and links.
  6. Hi Mate I had the same problem with mine and I've just got it back today. It was leaking from the regulator.
  7. Yes you're totally right there mate. I just hope he has'nt put any on his scope lense.
  8. Hi To be honest that has'nt done your rifle any justice. By the way, what rifle is it?
  9. for 50 quid its got to be worth it I suppose it is, but only if i can get the part for it. I could possibly have one machined if he's still got the broken plastic mag.
  10. Hi Buster Yes your right Tony should know Do you recon I should rip his hand off for £50?
  11. Hi Lads Someone I know has a BSA Goldstar, he paid £20 for it but needs a new magazine. What are these rifles worth? he offered it me for £50. Where would I get the magazine from?
  12. Then try putting some promethius or eley wasp pellets in it
  13. I bought one of those Surefire torches with 1000mah batteries and charger, i've had it for around two years. I would definately recommend one for hunting it gets the job done.
  14. Hi Since the change over the quality is very poor, you might aswell be using bulldogs pellets.
  15. Hi Buster I would'nt mine that myself, its a beautiful rifle. atb Alan
  16. Hi Nick I did a google search and could'nt find much info on them execpt a couple of links for spare parts. They are around 9ftp and one sold for £70 11 months ago. http://www.proteksupplies.co.uk/milbro-diana-spares.html http://www.gunspares.co.uk/shopdisplaycategories.asp?id=24051&cat=Milbro atb Alan
  17. Hi I would not touch any of those rifles you listed, they are cheaply made with twangy springs and poor quality triggers. My mate bought the Gamo Shadow and it was doing 7ftp out of the box. I would go for a second hand BSA Lightning or one of the lighter weight Weihrauchs that "Zini suggested"
  18. There was a farm in essington that charged £5 a day, but he's stopped it now. It's a bugger having to pay but i'm sick and tired of shooting paper targets. Last week i just missed the opportunity to gain some permission, but Vick (farmer) was very nice and down to earth, he invited me down to scope in my rifles.
  19. Hi Buster I gave them a call this morning and was told that there is a waiting list for the season membership which will be £65 a year to become a shotgun and Air rifle member with an additional £65 per year being charged for members wishing to use cleared firearms. Day membership costs £25. They will provide you with maps and details of the best areas to shoot. Becoming a member will give you access to shoot pigeon, rabbit, corvids and other vermin on over 2500 acres of Staffordshire farmland. The club is open to suitably licensed shooters of shotgun, air rifle and .22 rimfire and 1
  20. Hi Mate A guy said he and his mate had 74 pigeons in 4 hours - I'll be giving them a call in the morning. The website says that the season membership is fully booked. Looks like i'll have to pay for a day ticket. Thanks for the help Buster
  21. Hi Hilly If its FAC i would go for one with a 500cc cylinder for the extra shots per fill, theoben or daystate for me.
  22. Hi I have the MTC Viper 8-32x60ir paid £300 from new. All air-to-glass surfaces are ETE Microlux coated to maximize light transmission through the objective to your eye, creating pin-sharp image with no distortion from infinity down to 10 yards. 30mm tube provides stunning low light performance. It has the SCB (small caliber Ballistic) recticle with 11 brightness settings and lockable turrets. The Nighteater looked cheaply made to me that why opted for the viper.
