  2. RAMCAM

    bipods

They are quite sturdy and well made, they do the job just like any other bipod paid £15 for mine with postage from china.
  3. Managed to find the studs and quick release swivels on ebay £10 for the lot including postage from China. Thanks for your help Sterry
  4. Hi Buster Are you going to Penkridge mate?
  5. You've been very helpful thanks Scuba.
  6. Nice one thanks scuba. Don't forget to set the stud holes at 90 degree to the stock of your gun ATB Michael Yes that is a bit of a worry. Do you know where i can get some cheap studs from? i'm looking for the removable ones but can't find them cheaper than £30 for the pair.
  7. Do you know the cheapest place to purchase qd studs mate? would a stud be secure under the the hw100 the stocks a bit thin under the cylinder and the rifles a bit on the heavy side? Thanks
  8. Hi Buster I had a great time and met loads of friendly people. I shall be up there sunday, was hoping to get my rifle sling ready by then. T's wife told me over the phone today that a sling would cost me around £10 fitted only to find out that the studs were £30 for the pair, £15 for the swivels and a decent sling £25. I can not fit a sling to my bipod, I would have to change that aswell costing me another £50. What a day I would have to spend £120 just for a sling on my rifle.
  9. What is the best way of fitting sling swivel studs to the hw100t without attaching it to the bipod?
  10. I have read that the tdr gives 35 shots per fill in .22, the 410k gives 70.
  11. Nice one Shaun I'll check that out. Thanks
  12. Nice setup Danny What make is your bipod mate
  13. 7 ltr bottle every 3 years, 12 ltr 5 years.
  14. I've used the Crow Magnum .177 8.8 grain pellet on a magpie dropped him dead with a chest shot 15 yards, it expanded quite well but they are no good for field use. I can not be bothered anymore with changing pellets, I use Air Arms they are very accurate in my rifle I go for head shots out to 60 yards on birds. If you have a pcp rifle and you want more impact, go for the extra heavy barracuda or the bisley magnum pellets both 10.6 grain in .177.
  15. Nice one Buster. Thanks mate
  16. I think that you have pushed it a bit to far now Timelord, i would like to see you repeat that to my face you ugly mug. You are so full of yourself and you think that you are better than everyone else, you are 40 years of age start acting like it. You are a disgrace to this forum
  17. You see you can be nice (unlike the other thread) which has degraded into yet another pissing contest It costs nothing to be polite and people will respect you for it all the more.... Take a leaf out of your own book.
  18. Maybe I did Craig but you've got to admit RAMCAM goes off at the deep end all to quick, I think maybe he should get out in the field with his gun and stop trying to learn how to shoot it properly from the Internet I was out shooting all last night while that shit storm started and after all his thread was subtitled Need your opinions I gave him my opinion as I've owned both guns and other gave opinions from what they've read and not from experience, IMO experience count for more.... ATB Lee.. There you go Timelord insulting me once again . The problem is you should have given y
  19. He had upset me on a previous topic and I took it with a pinch of salt, but he has also been very helpful in responding to other topics that i had posted previously. Yes you are right in that sense Scuba1, but Timelords post and then calling me a nasty little f***tard after I had already apologised to you did not help. This topic was only created so that I could decide whether or not to changed my hw100 to the s type.
  20. Zee Germans, financially challenged, who the hell do you think you are Timelord. Calling for ground control yes I did take it the wrong way but this was only after reading you're post. Scuba1 explained that I had taken it the wrong way and I have apologised for that. You're the nasty one Timelord, Zee Germans, your barrel is German you said that yourself. I have not forgotten about you agreeing to derogatory racist remarks on a previous topic. (F***tard you say) its time to grow up Timelord you're the one creating problems here not me. I think you have got some apologising to do
  21. Yes I shall be making my way to penkridge next sunday , hope to see you there Buster. Thanks mate
  22. You've seen my collection of pellets Mikey (21 varoius brands) pop round and i'll test the Air Arms pellets in your rifle, they are very well made, accurate and they spread well on impact. For long range head shots AA's in my rifles, short range fun once in a while (15 yards) crow magnum 8.8 grain hollows and pile drivers 21 grain loaded backwards. For your springer the crow magnums are about the maximun grain i would consider due to spring damage.
  23. I have found that the aa's are the best pellets in my rifles 97k and the hw100t they don't like superdomes, but on the pigeon watch forum a guy said that the superdomes were the best pellets in his bsa lightning.
