For the conditioning side......I'd send him over for 6 weeks as a pre-keep......he has Katie in some order.... I think his condition is fine. Most men that some would be gassed after the way he went wild in the 5th. He came back and still had power and wind to stop him at the end. Aye ross emanit is decent you ever been on ross boxing his website. Few of his circuits on there. My favourite is the magic 50. Can be done in 20 minutes and is an absolute killer. Ye been on it....some good stuff on it....

i had 100 round 9 16 to 1 watched a good post fight interview in his house , he said he prob not as good as the other top heavyweights that gone before him , he said that and he knows he got faults and he going to try sort them out for his future fights deff , but he thinks if can keep improving with every fight from now on he will be very happy . so i thought it was very honest answer from the lad, lets hope he can improve with every fight he as, and they dont keep feeding him bum fighters , he got up his game with better fighters or wont improve .!! He should go over

Which fight did you watch mate? Lol The one where Joshua fell like a tree and was completely gone for 2-3 rounds....... Lucky he fell, coz the follow up hook was knocking him out.....but great win....youth won it for him....

I see what you mean Gnash but how many times on this forum has absolute proof been enough to change anyone's mind? We have solid evidence of evolution but how many on here show a 4 minute YouTube clips debunking it?
