    Ooty/Shinyspade/Daidogs Does anyone have Plummers that consistently go to ground ? Seen a couple at the Welsh Game Fair last year that were well worked. I was thinking of getting a pair for keeping vermin down on farm during the week, but would be hunting cover at the weekend so would need a line that will go to ground if the opportunity arises. Any thoughts on the subject. Voon.

    i seen a programme with that man in it. long time ago now. What would you want a PitXWheaten for. Whats the theory behind crossing them? Trying to make a wheaten gamer?? i remember their was cases of boys in the north crossing english bulls/staffs into wheatens, but the were silent workers. most pits i seen got better vocal range than PAVAROTTI. Make a Wheaten taller for crossing into greyhounds????

    I would go for it, if you are happy with the original line then you know what you have. that one bout only breeding from a dog that has dug for 4 seasons is FANTASY DIGGIN' LAND. If you know your stuff a few digs should tell you what you have. Mate of mine had bred some workers one of which he sold to smallholder to keep down rats, after 4-5 years the person who owned it got sick and was not able to care for the dog ( the dog was very boisterous and always chasing cats attacking dogs etc). My mate got it back and worked it for a couple of months(had a couple of 3 hour digs), However when th
