But being halfway down the table after one match and not being able to beat an injury-ridden Ireland must be a real kick in the balls nonetheless. 2 best teams. Grand slam probably not likely for England or France, but at least it's still possible. Are you really that naive that you actually fell for that Ireland hit by injuries baloney? As I said earlier Ireland have great strength in depth. If I am honest Wales should have won that match. Priestland cost us the Irish try, by not touching down and kicking instead, two missed drop goals did not help either. But as you say,

Well no Grand slam for us or Ireland, pity really as from what I have seen over the last two days they are certainly the best two teams in the tournament. TC
-
13-12 to England. Pretty even I would say. TC
-
How come you have not won a grand slam since 2003 then if you trample all before you? Remind me again how many Wales have won in that time? Oh that's right 2005 2008 2012. TC

3m Welsh 18m English, fair few more to chose from. TC And considering most of our players are from teams in the south of Wales.Compared to England picking players from the whole of England. We don't do to bad. Do you mean like that Welsh bloke Taulupe Faletau? Feck me you have got some front, you had 3 New Zealand born player playing for you yesterday. The two Vinipolas and the captain thank feck Tuilagi wasn't palying TC

The weather forecast is giving heavy rain and gales for this afternoon, might suit Ireland? I would not read too much in to their injury problems they do have good strength in depth whoever plays will be of international standard. To be honest with weather like that it is a great leveller so could be anyone's game really. TC

I don't have much spare cash, but I do have my hands that can make things, If I can help I will always do so. From the beginning It did not sound right to me so I did not contribute. Although the posts were fragmented as the thread progressed the inconsistencies built to the point where I had to go back and re-read the thread, it was only then that I was able to see the true extent of the inconsistencies. When I made my post about what I had found, I was hoping that I would not be the only one to see what I did. I was also hoping in one way that I was wrong, that is why at first I would no

Next week should be a gimmee, but many a slip twix cup and lip. TC Of course, but it's always best to start off against the worst team then work your way up. Come on Walshie I know your clever, but even you have to make your mind up. Either they are the worst or the best which one? TC

they float my boat . i fancy copying that. any sizes for it would be really handy I made them to sit inside flower boxes so that I could put a box over the top of them to send them by courier. I made some for a garden centre that were half as big as those ones again. They were not so much a bird house more of a bird sprawling bungalow. Copy the design by all means but use your own sizing. You will need a dovetailing jig, router, table saw, cross pull mitre saw, Jig saw, forstner bits, a biscuit jointer and biscuits, Tanalised fence post, 6 x1" board, 5" feather edged board and 2" dia

FFS England can't even do right when they win. Whereas when Wales beat England by 2 points, it's like a world changing event. Beg your pardon. 3 points. I notice you could not refute what I said. By your own admission they were playing the "worst team" so a 6 point hard win is nothing to shout about. Is it? TC

If the Vinipola's go forward on their own like they did today, Sam and Justin will have a field day with them. Edited to add., has anyone ever seen Mike Brown pass the ball in attack? TC

Well played England, done what you had to do to secure the win. I did not see anything to worry Wales, but it was the first game with a new coach. TC
-
J P Doyle is a homer, the last penalty he gave to France was an Italian penalty. Good match though for a starter, main course now though, come on Scotland. TC
-
Does something like these float your boat? TC
-
Well what an entertaining game. TBH Ireland looked the better side, but the Welsh defence stood up slightly better than the Irish defence did. TC

Wales kick of their 6 nations campaign tonight when the Welsh under 20's play the Irish under 20's at Donnybrook in Dublin. BBC2 Wales 19.25 Ymlean Cymru. TC

Enjoy. TC
