  1. pac all the way. he rushes his opponents and can take anything the brittle handed mayweather can throw. mayweather hates being rushed, but he's only been rushed by lesser fighters in the past. and as mosely showed, he isnt all that hard to hurt. pacquiao hits a tonne harder than sugar shane. the fight wont happen in my honest view because pacquiao wont do random tests until fight night, and mayweather certainly wont fight in texas where pacquiao's next (and career finale) fight is booked to be held. this is because mayweather uses xylocane(sp) which is a strong pain killer to numb his bri
  2. i think this is one of the most 50/50 fights in recent years. mitchell has stood up to his tests better and has had more of them, but both remain pretty untested at world level. they both also have nigh-on the same knockout rate, 74 and 75% respectively. its got the makings of a classic, it just depends on which is willing to take the risks to get the job done. i cant call it. also, khan v malignaggi is on tomorrow night on itv for those who havent got sky. could also be a cracking fight, theyve already gone for eachother at the weigh-in. i know malignaggi has no power, but he can take
  3. might pop along to this, only 19 miles away

  7. tight little one, i like her. hey mustard, if you put img with the little square brackets from by the enter button (these feckers [ ]) before your link and /img in square brackets after the link, it'll show the pic without clicking it atb
  8. i think i saw somewhere ages ago that the hooded crow is it? was interbreeding with normal crows, and this was thinning the hooded crow gene pool making them more endangered. could be one of these hybrid offspring?
  9. yeah this is the reason id asked tbh, because theres some bigger "built" dogs in the patterdale threads and in the lakey threads. one thing that sways me toward bull is how much attention he likes and is a loving little one. but then ive only ever had bull breeds before so i have no comparison. could also be just because he had such a shit time before and now he's being treated well he's grateful. who knows such things!? i know i dont cheers
  10. yeah to be fair the woman we took him off most probably had in mind that small terriers are jack russells, she wasnt the sharpest tool in the box. so he's probs patt x staff as he even has the same brown lower legs as a lot of patts ive seen on here. he is a strong little fecker with some decent jaws. though ive only encountered 1 real working terrier in my life, so i have nothing to compare to. cheers though fellas, i know its somewhat a half pointless excercise when there is no real way of knowing without a dna test. but its just nice to know what he is, and you lot have all the exp
  11. gonetoearth** the head of the nail..... .......you just smashed it
  12. haha, i know, it is getting tedious to be fair.
  13. PR isnt even on the table any more, only a referendum on AV
  14. really? i dont know. i would say camerons view of something which cant even be effectively policed would be to promote responsible hunting rather than continue to demonise a necessary function in the countryside
  15. sorry if its already been discussed, but under cameron, are we now going to have fox hunting reinstated and the other towny laws taken away? they were opposed to its ban to begin with so i assume it'll be brought back. i live in the country and used to live on a farm, the amount of lambs we lost to foxes was insane, often they would just kill them and leave them too, seemingly killing for fun. this is what the towny idiots dont know or understand.
  16. cheers for the advice fellas, been out with him this evening on his long lead and did some recall after running him for an hour chasing his toy and letting him have a sniff in some empty burrys etc. (btw i wouldnt run him on a car, i was just joking about his general fitness being good). he was much better than i was expecting tbh especially since my neighbour had her horses in my field aswel. he didnt pull at the end of the lead even once. am going to try this every day now for a while as based on today i can see a probable improvement. i have had him over a year, but due to uni and
  17. cheers fellas. this is it waidmann, his basic obedience is excellent, he even craps on command. but should freedom be a possibility, he's taking it 9 times out of 10. i think alongside a car maybe more effective (not serious) because i've even ran him up mount snowdon and he was still going strong long after we'd come back down. im not sure he's seen any work, he's not with me though he's ragged a few rabbits and rats that my next door neighbour's cats have left on my doormat. he does have the odd scar here and there, but it's my understanding he was jabbed with forks and had fags pu
  18. i have tried that with toys and food, though not with a loud squeaky toy, might work better in getting his attention. shouting doesnt really help with him though because he was battered before, and i guess he ran off with them and got a hiding for it. he's 14 inch tts and 17lbs so he certainly seems the right size for a patt too.
  19. evening, i have a terrier which ive had for a while now. i took him off a bint that had tried to cut his throat just before we arrived. anyway....she told us he was a staffy x jack russell. but that she wasnt sure as it was her ex husbands dog. but we didnt question, he seemed a pleasant animal and was in danger so we took him. looking on here, theres a lot of patterdales which appear more "built" than he is so im not so sure what he is...... here is a couple of pics of him, do you think he IS a staffy x russell or could be patt?? i think these pics make him look
  20. i am interested to hear what people think here too, as i have a 3 year old terrier i took off a woman who tried to cut his throat and he has serious designs on the horizon if he's not on a lead whether there is something to chase or not and it is holding me back from working him as i cant seem to improve his recall. i was advised to buy a really long lead so he could have some slack but learn he should stay within a certain distance and help with recall training, this has had no positive effect whatsoever.
  21. isnt it allowed as long as the dogs dont kill the fox?
  22. hows he bred fella? looks a crackin animal
  23. yeah, theres nothing visible there, and the vet checked too like. ah well, ive picked up some drops for earmites now so hopefully that will work
  24. matty73 i would try different vet sounds like either grass seeds or mites is there any dark wax residue in ear yeah he had real bad wax, but thats gone now, but he has got dark residue on the inside of the floopy bit so 95% mites u guys reckon yeah? whats good for getting rid? would he have picked that up from the grass? or other animals or what?
