I'm seeing a bit of mixy down on my shoot as well, although it's not really bad it's still showing up. Last year was ok, but hey if the mixy don't get them then I will

Hi Timelord Thankyou for the test info. No two stage trigger, elctronics failing. Have you ever tested the HW100t?, how would it compare to the S type in shot consistency Timelord?. Is the S type basically a rapid with a longer barrel and bottle?, if so would I save much getting a rapid converted?. I have shot the HW 100 but never took it out on a hunting trip and I thought it was a great gun although on the chrono it was not as consistant as the S-TYPE. The S-TYPE is not a basic Rapid at all it uses the 19" barrel because you use less air for each shot with one not to menti

Last Wednesday I field tested the Daystate airwolf MK4 MVT with all the electronics. I had this pleasure because I go out shooting with my mate who owns a gun shop and he asks me to test out and give second opinions on guns. The Daystate is a very smooth looking gun and the bolt action is silky smooth, this electronic trigger thing basically gives a whole new meaning to hair trigger, there's no first stage whatsoever My mate sez he often has to send these Daystates back to Daystate to have this electronic trigger fixed because if it fails the gun won't fire The Daystate was quiet

No mate I can't help you on this maybe you should hammer google to see if there's any results. If you find anything please post it here I do know the silencer adapters are made by AGS but as for the walnut handle you will struggle to find one. So maybe you could make one??

I got mine from HERE Although you will have to contact the site owner as they don't seem to have the pictures up anymore of the pistol grips. He has them specially made for the Sheridan pistols. He also may still be able to get silencer adapters as well...

That scope is a simmons whitetail classic 2.5-10x20 and that's how they are made...

What limited vision rabbits have is in the blue spectrum so red being the oposite of blue is the right choice to use when hunting them as they don't see red so well.

Gazguilford is 100% correct in saying that land owners are legally bound to control the rabbit population although I'm not sure what else they are legally obliged to verminate

I agree fully Sean all except the webley pump they are ok but that's it, the Hills pump is the daddy of the two and when the Dry-Pak is used you'll find it to be the best pump on today market...

you want an air or co2 gun? I think the most powerfull co2 is the sheridan eb22 (prohunter). Id talk to timelord about them as hes got a pimped out one. Can i ask why you need one for finishing of when hunting. I dont really see much point, its much easier just to point blank it with your rifle if it isnt quite dead. Hughesey Your right Hughesey they are the most powerful pistol on the market, the HW 45 comes a close second but the Sheridan pistol can be customised to the hilt. Just have a look in my sig and do a search on the forum for related threads....

I've had many pumps over the years (Webleys, FX's Axors etc) and sold them on with the rifle I was selling at the time and the best pump on the market that guarantees 100% no moisture being compressed into the rifle is the 'The Hills pump with the Dry-Pak' system. All the others on the market boast of built in filters and I've found them to not do the job of keeping moisture out, they may well filter particles etc, but they do not de-moisturise the air on the intake. When air is forced into the rifle/buddy bottle etc at these tremendous pressures water present in the air will turn into li

No offence taken buddy and maybe this review is from a very good gun or a biased reviewer?? But Daystate clearly state 450 shots in .177 cal. The S-TYPE as standard comes with a genuine Harris bipod and of course the 17 shot magazine as standard too. Theoben have patented the 12 shot and 17 shot magazine systems so that no other company can make their own or copy this design. 17 shots in the field on a hunting trip is ever so reassuring too. I carry 3 magazines with me on my trips which is more than enough, I'm lucky to empty 1 and a half mags on the average trip. If I wanted another rifl

There's no way that these rifles can get 597 Full powered shots from a 400cc or 500cc buddy bottle even with this fancy electronic gizmo, after my 3 year warranty runs out on my Rapid I'll be getting KevG (the gun guru) to regulate my rifle further as some say he can get over 600 Full powered shots in the S-TYPE with a 500cc bottle. I've just looked on the Daystate website right now and the MVT in 12ft/lb holds 450 shots in the 500cc bottle Daystate MVT specs scroll half way down the page to see this. So your wild claim of 597 shots in .177 caliber must be a misread or a typo on your part, ch

LMFAO!!!!! If you do decide to stay with a springer then get a rifle that can be easily coverted to gas ram, the noise from a spring is awful when your holding the gun. A silencer will reduce the muzzle crack down range which is a good help when bashing bunnies. But ultimately just save your pocket money and get a PCP if your serious about hunting nowadays. I use an AWT mod on my Rapid and when I first fitted it I thought my buddy bottle was empty because it is that quiet Cant beat an AWT especially on a FAC I fully agree Donny thes

They are ultra comfortable, ultra silent for stalking, and the most comfortable boot I've ever owned a must have for hunting on muddy farms. They are also extremely tough when your wading through the thick brambles etc not to mention the grip on all terrains is fantastic, this can make all the difference when you are carrying your rifl -
