  1. Oh mate, there goes your hardened army vet image! You'd never have caught Rambo on one of those fecking things! Agreed bro but at the end of the day Mr Police man never looks twice at me on it wearing camo with my gun in the web-tex backpack Carrying a gun on a motorcycle looks like your about to do a hit as a motorcycle is the hitmans choice of transport, so I choose to be anonymous when getting around my shoots. At the end of the day I don't want my gun taken away and touched by other hands at the cop shop just for them to find out it's legal
  2. I've not insulted you until you publicly flamed other members here college boy!!! You buy the toys download the crap and still can't shoot If you could shoot then you would not be asking retarded questions in a forum Your location explains your mentallity...... It's a bit grim where you come from Now that was an insult!! Apologies to anyone else living there I used this clique to make a point to this dumb f**k.
  3. Great minds think alike I got the same thing a Lindt chocolate bunny and was told the very same thing by my Mrs
  4. Well now your talking those are classic scooters mate Although have you seen the price of the new Lambrettas and Vespas these days Mine was a birthday present from my Mrs on my 40th birthday so I had no say in it and didn't even know it was coming either. We have in Exmouth every year in the summer a huge scooter meet on the seafront, people come from all over the country to this meeting and there's thousands that turn up. Talk about bling bling in the scooter world if you come down it will blow your mind some of the custom paint jobs and custom scooters that turn up. The dress code is
  5. I used my pump to fill a mates Ultra up and it only took under 5 mins from empty to do it. I did the same with my S-TYPE'S 500cc buddy bottle and it took 45mins to fill I thought I was back in the fooking army again as doing the buddy bottle with the pump made me feel like I'd done a 30 K yomp across the moors Doing the Ultra was a breeze as it was just like jogging 10 yards to catch a bus I now have a 12 litre 300 bar dive bottle for buddy bottles. I suppose what I'm trying to say is it's no biggie to have a pump on smaller chamber guns as Scuba suggests, and if you are going for a
  6. I done quite well Craig as I bagged 10 in total 3 were little ones too but hey what can I say I'm a killer and my landowner want them gone. Last night was a still and crystal clear night and I was at peace with the land as well as bonding a bit with the new race horse on my shoot. I usually bring a bag of carrots for the horses so that they stay away from the rabbit warrens and they've picked up on it well as they gravitate towards me when I drive my scooter to the parking area. My scooter is a great little shooting wagon for me as it gets me places where the car won't go. I probably look
  7. GROUND CONTROL CALLING TIMELORD WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM, I'M NOT TRYING TO SAY THAT MY RIFLE IS BETTER THAN TIMELORD'S RIFLE I WENT INTO THE GUNSHOP TO TRADE MY 100T IN FOR THE S TYPE. TIMELORD WAS NOT MENTIONED AT ALL ONLY THE S TYPE. You rude nasty little FUKTARD!! That was uncallled for I think you took that the wrong way Lee , the way i read it , Ramcam though someone else was tryin to start a row so he tried to calm it down , i may be wrong , but thats the way im seeing it Maybe I did Craig but you've got to admit RAMCAM goes off at the deep end all to quick, I th
  8. Bisley make the best ones IMO Have a look here Thanks Timelord You see you can be nice (unlike the other thread) which has degraded into yet another pissing contest It costs nothing to be polite and people will respect you for it all the more....
  9. I will also add that while you were bitching on a computer last night some of us went out last night to go lamping not causing trouble over the Internet
  10. That was uncallled for ANSHUTZ BARREL IS THAT GERMAN? AS FOR FINANTIALLY CHALLENGED I WAS ORIGINALY GOING TO PURCHASE THE DAYSTATE AIRWOLF MVT AS A SECOND RIFLE WHICH IS A BIT MORE IN PRICE THAN THE S TYPE BUT YOU SAID THAT THE S TYPE WAS THE BETTER RIFLE DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH THE MVT AND SO DID BOTH GUNSMI
  11. Oh ok then I was thinking not this old toffee again The S-TYPE is a far superior gun to the HW as they are regulated as standard and hold more shots per fill. More shots in the magazine so less loading on those dark nights lamping, Anshutz barrels in .177 and .22 the .20 uses a Walther Loather barrel. Rapids are absolutely bomb proof and made in England too. Did someone say ZEE GERMANS Gunsmiths don't like dealing with Theoben because they can't get good prices from them unlike other imported rifles etc etc. If you are finantially challenged then the S-TYPE is not for you but if y
  12. Bisley make the best ones IMO Have a look here
  13. Looks like the usual suspects at it again Ron well said
  14. Go away you left wing mole we don't need your nanny state crap here. bloody target shooters are all the same bunny cuddlers. I mean homeless people in fields from tramps to now yourself having lamps pointed at you
  15. iya mate are those boots you have got on the lacrosse shooting boot off uk covers website if they are do they fit well are they comfortable any info would be nice all the best hw97 Yes mate they are the La Crosse Alphaburly Sport Insulated 18" in mossy oak. They are ultra comfortable, ultra silent for stalking, and the most comfortable boot I've ever owned a must have for hunting on muddy farms. They are also extremely tough when your wading through the thick brambles etc not to mention the grip on all terrains is fantastic, this can make all the difference when you are carrying your rifl
  16. The night vision I'll be getting in the next few weeks will be an add on to my day scope so my mill-dots will do the range finding for me as well as an Infrared laser I already have made myself HAVE A LOOK HERE
  17. Cool but Slipknot, Pantera, Sepultura will kick their butts all day
  18. Scope mounted lights are all well and good, but I'm uncomfortable with them. Immagine you are lamping one night with your scope mounted lamp and you happen to illuminate a homeless person in your field, or someone walking down a lane 300 yards away, or a courting couple under a bush (you get what I'm on about). Bear in mind that at that moment it's not only your lamp that's pointing at them, it's your loaded and made ready rifle. "Never let your gun pointed be at anyone". What a load of crap your chatting mate tramps hide up in shop doorways usually and if they are in the field then I
  19. You hit the nail on the head there Scuba1 because on one of my shoots the little wabbits are just as you say 'lamp shy' they know it's time to die by my hand Don't get me wrong I like the challenge and I'm good with hitting moving targets as well, but I'm 40 years old and get fed up chasing around after them I have 3 big shoots all to myself and I'm sure in time they'll all get lamp shy so this will be my ultimate goal in the next few weeks, the night vision I will be able to lay up nice and comfy with my iphone and headphones playing "bright eyes" softly and snipe the little fecke
  20. theyl be dead if he shot then in the head and at 10-15 yards it aint hard Hiho you talk down to Aaron at every opportunity you get and I'm not saying you can't shoot, but your not a trained marksman unlike myself and I'm sure other soldiers like myself on this forum Just give the kid a break will you please. Aaron just put your scope back on because as Scuba1 has pointed out it's better to kill rather than mame ATB Lee...
  21. :hmm: What are you chatting about??? Try confused.com because this thread has confused me
  22. Thanks Lee..... Here's a picture of my friend BSA Ultra (on the left) with a bipod fitted and my S-TYPE (on the right) From what I can gather it was a simple job fitting his Harris copy bipod onto the stock. PS I killed all the bunnies as my mate can't shoot for toffee
  23. A bipod is not really a gadget but when you speak of night vision well this is a route I'm definately gonna go. I'm looking at getting a night vision add-on to my day scope and on one of my shoots this with the bipod will be a good bit of fun for me but not the bunnies. Night vision will be my selfish pleasure as I usually go lamping with my friends so when I'm on my own I will use night vision
  24. In short to your question YES Some of the lads here use bipods on their BSA ultras and as these are similar guns you want to ask them the question of "What bipod they use and how was it fitted to the stock" Do not go down the route of fitting it to the metal on the gun as the gun will be well off balance, fitting it to the fore end of the stock will do the trick.... ATB Lee...
  25. That's mint Jasper I'm drooling over here at the workmanship of the Gat gun
