    im not calling you a lier but its so unlikely mate cubs now. i no climate change and that will make them adapt but thats just too early. like macky said show a newspaper with todays date on with pic of cub on it then fair enough but i dont think he would be able to. iv had loads people say to me say a cub but when ever you go back never there or anywhere near

    was going to say if you gate lamping then you will see a lot more than walking. we see more foxes than rabbits where i live hardly any rabbits here loads foxes though atb mike

    finally got on macky too have a look at the pictures. their is some crackers on their mate. got too say i have been out with macky and his mates a few times now and they are a decent bunch of lads just mad for lamping and have some realy good top class dogs atb for this season lads

    i use that mate its a good piece of kit like you say the temp never moves on it think i paid £170 for mine but well worth it

    hows it goin mate, i dont argue that the lads are dedicated to their sport they are, they want numbers others want single handed sport, each to their own i suppose but you have pretty high standards for s single handed fox dog......... 7/8 in one night and again the night after..... i dont like knockin anyones dogs except my own if needs be but i aint seen too many capable of this feat... and i dont know how the boys rate the dogs they ran on that vid and maybe they not even their best ones, but i can def say that some of them def wouldn't be capible of these numbers single handed, now some

    i have been out with macky a few times and he is one of the nicest genuine dogmen i have met. the people he has brought with him have been the same. all they want to do is get out and hunt. iv never seen any coke or gates been smashed off or driving through fields he doesnt need to do that he can call them where he wants. he has been out with a lot of dogs and he will run doubled up or single handed. if you say too him though you have a single handed fox dog though he will put fox after fox 30 yards from you closewr if you want and trust me if your dog aint catching their are no excuses. but y

    i run 2 poodles and wear a pink hat when lamping. do most of it in a milk float find it easier too be honest. most of the time i use a trumpet too call foxes in so i bet im better than that macky bloke at calling them. most foxes are turned on by my pink hat and arseless trousers. SO MACKY IF YOUR OUT THEIR LETS GET IT ON

    yes mate difference we get out and test dogs they go out get one fox and think dog is the best in the world

    im not getting into the argument of single or doubled up. fact is that most of you dont know the men in question at all. if you see the dogs run then for real then i think you would change your mind. its easy to say my dog would of caught that watching a dvd. if you went out and saw the amount of runs and foxes those dogs get its stupid to say they are know good. most go out 1-5 foxes a week. trying doing 10 or 12 not just one night tho 4-5 times a week then see who has good dogs. probably all argue now but easy too type on a comp get out and do it atb mike

    dont know why im going to post this because you just get loads crap when you. but i know of a dog he is dead now that has took one single handled. many tried their dogs and one dog did. believe it if you will dont matter to me but it can be done but i bet out of a hundred dogs maybe one would be capable atb mike

    you have to get it out mate try some tweezers or something sometimes granuflex will draw it out problem you will have is that will get infected if left. atb mike

    bathe it in potassium permangamate once a day only use quater of a tablet. keep it clean and dont walk for a week or two. make sure the nail hasnt broke off inside the quik

    i need a decent greyhound man or osteopath dogs got bad shoulder when he has been out plays him up for a few days. was looking see if anyone new one in midlands. not even worth tryibg a vet they know nothing about lurchers atb mike

    always have water in van for when they are done. never really give it them when they are out maybe just wet their lips. i always have a bottle of calcijet in van tho just incase you never know. each too there own atb mike

    thats spot on that is really mate. agility is the key to catching the stuff. the dogs must will be quick and sharp on the turns thats why running rabbits is good for any fox dog and running them regular. like you say a fox will turn just as sharp as a hare when pushed. atb mike

    couldent of put it any better my self marty i agree if you want a good fox dog it needs to run rabbits makes them sharper on turning and helps with the stamina. iv never been bothered too much of the back to hand live stuff but i no a couple of dogs good on charlie and will retrieve to hand. age wise every dog is different i think about 18months is a good age to start showing them charlie but only doubled up. then when they have done a few try them on their own. atb mike
