My half bred made a good ferreting dog

I got some chicken carcasses from my local butcher 50p/ kilo minced them up last me a month for £10 to feed 2 lurcher sand a terrier

I use the jack p***y dog handlers vest, there ideal big pockets in the back for nets and plenty of pockets in the front, I've had mine 2 seasons now and no complaints, I got mine from Ian hodge it was £40 ish if I remember correctly

I know garstang is , ive not got any land at st michaels or pilling but its not a surpise , Me and a mate had a drive round by st michaels on our way to a job in blackpool last week and didnt see anything about , didnt even see any dead ones on the road . Bleasdale , barton and claughton got hit earlier in the year aswell I'm working at poulton le fylde at the moment off at jun 3 then across country lovely flat fields but not seen any signs of rabbits on any of them

Vin, you have hit the nail right on the head there in the last 4 seasons our bags have been getting less and less, we have only been 3 times this season, the last trip we had there we walked all morning, the lurcher never marked a warren and we only saw 5 rabbits, it's all but over for us this season, before it's got going,just relaying on an odd day here and there now once the cover has died off abit. The bad winter then the always present myxie has put pay to the humble rabbit.
