But is it a drug Scot?He was carrying dried female flower tops from A-B crossing international borders,if it were dried rose's he would have been fine, instead it was dried Sativa(the only type of grass that grows in the philippines),sativa or or should I say one of its derivatives SATIVEX has been licenced by several governments including the UK and Canada for medicinal use,f**k sakes SATIVEX manufacturers GW Pharma have massive grow rooms in the UK,enough to give cheech&Chong a lifetime of wet dreams, all fully licenced by the british government, its all about money, thats it,and making an e

Goalposts were moved AFTER his arrest scot,he was originally told he would serve 8 years I have met shedloads of guys scot who complain of cannabis as if its the scourge of modern society, pontificating on druggies etc, then pop off down the pub and get bladdered stopping off at the off-licence on the way home for a packet of fags Cannabis?Gateway drug to harder things Have a guess whats the REAL gateway drug, the first thing the average kid smokes People change over the years, the vast majority of us have done things in our youth we regret nowadays, some did things which could have dramatical

Well said Greg, maybe everyone should shun their local off-licence owner or tobacconist because both could be classified as drug-dealers,and both punt products far,far more harmful to society than a bit of dried plant. The reason Billy is still inside is political, thats it,the philippines handed out massive sentences for marijuana because it is america's lapdog, the old reefer-madness syndrome, thats the truth of the matter,BUT pinoy lawmakers looked at his case last month, theres just a chance he may be paroled in the near future.

Question,if prohibition came into effect as from midnight tonight, the government in their wisdom decreed that alcohol and ciggies were henceforth illegal would any of you buy your drink of tobacco from the multitudinous gangs who would spring up to capitalise on the ban and smuggle in your supplies? Not interested in starting a shitfest, just curious.

Met Billy a couple of times when he lived in Hong Kong, friend of a friend type of thing, saw him a few times socially,as for his sentence for a few kilos of dried plant matter(Thats all cannabis is,the same as tobacco except grass has no added carcinogenic chemicals),well, the Philippines is uber-hypocritical,the biggest cannabis plantations have army/police connivance in their protection, one of their politicians was caught smuggling coke into Hong Kong last year,CCTV at NAIA showed him getting preferential treatment and being escorted through customs controls and bypassing the searches usually

Talking of foreign cops,I am currently in a particularly slummy part of Paris waiting for a mate, the areas near bagnolet, just seen a trio of local cops armed to the teeth sporting enough small-arms,CS-Gas containers(the big ones the yanks sell for bear deterent),and what looks suspiciously like an over-and-under flash-ball pistol slung casually over ones shoulder,to re-enact a Rambo movie I was in a french TATTOO parlour in perpignane yesterday, the guy sold an array of stun-guns disguised as cell-phones and pink-lipstick containers he also sold tear-gas pistols, the diagram on the box the pis

Chinese NEVER assimilate into any community, you only have to visit places like Vancouver to see first hand the authenticity of that statement, they are insular, very difficult to get inside their communities, hence the reason the UK police have had a hard time in the past keeping tabs on triad factions. -
