I dont know if anyone remembers but there used to be a shooting-news columnist from Haverford-west or thereabouts,several times he wrote about a guy called Garrick Hulkes?Or Garrick Hawkes?Some named individual along those lines anyway,the guy was from the midlands,possibly leicester way,he had imported several of these dogs and used them for digging fox,anyone remember?

The old guy was an old Leatherneck Tom Slick AKA Vietnam Tom,the black guy had recently been released from prison after serving a sentence for murder,the black guy should really have paid heed to the pensioners T-shirt,the back of which read something like "I am one mean mother-f*cker" The black girl who filmed the pensioners fracas stole his shopping as someone already mentioned,she was hounded and received death threats following the release of the clip,heres her apology,I like how Tom Slick is now no longer PINKIE but a caucasian gentleman

You can disc a load of the crap out callum,you still get false signals but you learn to read them,most decent machines nowadays have variable-disc or tone and ID meters,I do the thames sometimes which is filled with mineralisation and iron,still find stuff,its illegal to detect in france I think?Some other euro countries as well,sweden was one of them.

I used to live just 3 or 4 minutes away in Nelson Road near the golf course,I remember everyone was up in arms at a womans prison being built in the area,there were demonstrations to stop it being built,not many people attended them however,and to be honest you wouldnt really know it was there except the occassional woman sitting at Ashford train station heading into london who look as if they have just been released Its only 5 minutes down the line from Feltham young offenders,my mates kid was in there and he got his newspapers delivered every morning from the paper-shop next door to the vet

Minelab Etrac its got the USB interface to download discrimination programs etc?Superfurryanimal,you can get one without all of the bells and whistles for a couple of hundred quid,look on youtube for demos of popular detectors.Some strange stuff hidden just below our feet,watch the clip..........

Did the guy live right out in the boonies,and have shipping containers converted to freezer units?The meat truck used to come and collect when the freezers were filled with brumbies,kangaroos and camels?I remember a similar program from years ago.
