Easiest spot-and-stalk ways I have had grey mullet were ripping them with trebles in Hong Kong(I followed the example of local anglers,when in rome and all that)Baiting and throwing a cast-net in shallow water,but I did fish for them conventionally over the summer using bread-paste moulded on to a hook in Estapona,the spanish are masters at this game as well as spear-fishing them.

Oddly enough all the brownies and grayling I catch seem to swim straight towards me,no charging except in one direction,something to do with their lateral-line.........I was looking for fishing aids yesterday,buying some stuff in from the far-east,I was going to get a job-lot and flog off the surplus cheap,but I ended up buying 1000 digital pocket-scales instead(not that I have 1000 pockets),dont forget the pics of the finished mount mate,be lucky.
