Once there, going to redo the CBT and get a new bike, then we'll hit em hard bud (even if they do scare me sh!tless when they run over me!). You still working at HC? I'm looking at getting another 1man survival tent, pick me up after work, shoot, I'll kip in your garden, you can drop me off the following day on the way to work maybe? Tony

Hi Trev Sean (mod on here), got his mits on the original unit a year or so back! His report was very favourable Cant think who (recently) got a copy and was pretty much impressed with it as well (Ryan????) Tony

They sure do but alas I must admit, that I have not shot a thing (other than paper and metal knockdown targets with my pistols) for such a long time! This particular Pheasant was given to me before xmas as a gift for helping someone out with his computer problems. It had numerous little holes within it, but hey it tastes just as good and I didn't knock out any of my teeth on the lead Roasted Pheasant, with boiled Spuds with skin on, and carrots, two small Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls with a Poultry Gravy and cracked black peppercorns! I decided against making Yourkshire Pudding

You don't know the half of it! She turned round quick sharp and hit poor old Shay in the nuts with the rifle butt! Now that was what you call a tear to the eye Tony -
The Heavy Weight 100 is indeed a great gun If you are a fully paid up member of the noodle arm club (Forum Joke) the Heavy Weight may not be for you. If you have very short arms, the S200 is a nice choice I wouldn't say I have short arms but it fit's me well. Tony

My exwife did the same with mine! What I did was put it in a hot wash without any detergent, plenty of rinses and then did it again! If you want to wash your gear, then I reccomend the bog standard soap crystals, no perfume and no colour enhancers. Get them cheaply from places such as Wilkinsons, dirt cheap and last for ages. Now when I need to was my gear, I bung a cupfull into hot water in the sink pop the gear in and leave them overnight, following day rinse and dry. Totally odourless but gets shut of sweat and blood. Colour enhancers in modern detergents and softners are a bitch a

You would be suprised If it wasn't for this site I would be at least one permission down! Land owners and tennant's do read this forum Scorpion1411; if I were religious I would say "Amen to that"! It is hard trying to get permission, but "Eventually" you will get there, I have a very strong fear (as do most) of rejection and have found that rather than knocking on door's, a short to the point letter is more helpful. Doing it this way I don't get the "P!ss off" or "Not a chance", rarely will the person apply, so their name address goes back into the list for another day. The chance

You lucky, lucky sod Shay! I managed to get my youngest to take a shot at paper with a pistol! No chance of getting her to knock over anything metal let alone living. You must be sooooo proud, I know I would be Looks like your redundant now buddy, Still, I s'pose we can let you can drive though! Tony -
How zero in a set of scopes on an air gun
Phantom replied to topscaff1's topic in General Airgun Discussion
As Davy said there are many posts some written by myself. You can also look on Youtube if you like a visual idea of how to do it as well as being told/reading. Tony -
Sent you a PM Rob

First thing to do it Ditch the pointed pellets! Trust me they are the worst design of pellets ever made! We all fell for the hype of them being superb penatration and all the rest of it, the fact is they are simply the most inacurate of them all I would also remove the brake; in a sub12 rifle they are there more for decoration than anything. In theory, the holes disperse the gas behind the projectile as it leaves the muzzle and so reduces muzzle flip (not that you will get any from a sub12 PCP). They were primaraly designed for millitary rifles and they then caught on with other firearm

No sorry, cant help with cost, these guy's are really good customer service wise, I couldn't find the part I needed so rang them, spoke with them and the part arrived a few days later. http://www.gunspares.co.uk/shopdisplaycategories.asp?id=23960& Or call webly direct. Another thought what pellets are you using? Tony

Nicely placed lead there Davy Next time one goes down the hole, pop the video on the ground and lets see you getting down head first to retrieve it Take care bud, Tony

Not much to go wrong with the brake? Whats the problem? And heres the manual http://cdn.pyramydair.com/site/manuals/logun-axsor/AxsorGemini_Manual.pdf Tony

Why would we give him a hammering? He stated he went for a head shot but missed like we all do at some point or other. One thing I would reccomend though when shooting up steep angles such as trees, is to learn to compensate for the trajectory of the pellet and adjust accordingly. If you had put the crosshair on its noggin, the pellet is highly likely to miss your point of aim and you will find that your pellet flies high. Tony

I believe you are looking to purchase some of the Gamo Shot-Shells? These are like mini Shotgun cartridges developed by Gamo and are filled with very small leadshot. Ideal for tearing appart dandelion heads with an air rifle. I've only come across them once before in the UK and the reviews were not very impressive. Tony

Distances are even more exagerated at nigh;, they often seem closer than what they are A pellet bouncing off the thin skull of a rabbit is due to either: The distance to target is waaayyyyy too far (as in shooting low/light/dark) The gun being under powered I've shot em at all distances, in all light conditions and when it's been a hit, it's a hit and they stayed down! The ONLY one I hit that got up again was a young one during a windy day, the wind took the pellet to the right about 6 to 8mm's The bunny went down. I was lining up my next shot, when I noticed the young un started to k
