  1. That would equal about £15.99 in Hull money then :11: too true. were do you get your pellets from? dunncans? ONLY if I'm desperate Prefer mail order if I have enough in my pocket to justify it. sometimes the permission owners get me a tub or two as a reward for my work Phantom
  2. In that case Jasp, your are correct and 150 is the start of your sweet spot. My S200 has a WP (according to AA) of 200 bar, but its all over the place until it hits 180 ish then its pellet on pellet down to 100/110 then I have to compensate. Zero your scope at 150bar and see how many accurate and consistent shots you get and then don't fill past its sweet spot and don't let it go below its minimum in the sweet spot. Phantom.
  3. I don't agree with the over penetration bit. Pointed pellets are way to inacurate to hit a target so therefore they cant over penetrate :11: Phantom

  5. :notworthy: Drop me a text Bud. I want to try the Multishot ASI Sniper springer on them, (open sights) Phantom
  6. Thanks Dillan; Typical aint it Wonder what rat skin jumper would be like :11: Hi Chris, Nah not yet, I dare not use em on the paddock now the owner has his nags on it, Mrs G said I could use em on bunny land, but there are too many holes to cover with the few nets I have. I'd love to give em a work out, but I'd also be scared to loose them (don't own a coller and finder) I'm pretty attached to them more as pets really As soon as I open the hutch they make a beeline for my face to give me a lick they love a good cuddle! Aphrodite, would make a good worker, but Zeus, well
  7. Compared to ebay thats a bloody damn good price then Although I recomend Chambers to people (as they have been brilliant with me customer service wise) I still thought they were a little on the steep side price wise. But I will continue to use Chambers because they have been great to me when talking on the phone Phantom
  8. Thank you gentlemen, I am pretty gutted that this particular one had Myxie. She would have produced a good amount of black kits for next year.. Has anyone else noticed that bunnies with Myxie have swolen tails? Catcher: Pelts need either freezing or working on/drying within a short time, or the enzymes within it begin to break it down and rot it pretty quickly I read somewhere that it was supposed to be six hours max, but the one that I have succesfully done in the shed was one that I shot the previous night and although I skinned the animal that night, I didn't begin scraping t
  9. Shay, you have the luck of the devil himself with land falling into your lap like that! Jammy sod Lovely work indeed But I do think you are a bit rotten shooting Tufty while he was having his afternoon snooze in the fork of that branch Phantom
  10. Your getting very good at this game now Davy Excellent footage and such sweet shooting Well and truely worthy of an added SP or two Keep it up Phantom
  11. Hey guy's and doll's Having had a small "Window of opportunity" in the crap weather of late, I decided I really must give my baby and my trigger finger some excersize. So out I popped taking my poncho to lay on, my zero card & backstop and some pellets. While walking across one field, I was texting Davy and having a giggle with him when the mist began rolling down from the hill. Damn it! Oh well almost on permission so may as well continue. Out of that field and across the road I wanted to call in the paddock and see if there was anything around other than the nags. As I approache
  12. I got mine for about a tenner including p&p Needed a little work doing and I've not yet had the chance to fire it at anything other than a pile of soil in the garden, once I'd stripped all the crap off the stock and then put a few layers of stain on it, it looks nice. Oh perhaps mine will be better quality that they send to britain as mine has a WestLake stamp rather than SMK Phantom
  13. Sooooo very true Wurz, I took a chance last night after such cruddy weather of late. I must admit apart from the initial dissapointment of what greeted me when I got to the land , I had a good and productive time Write up to come Off to read all these PM's Catch ya later Phantom
  14. Recently there has been a few people on the forum that have added me to their friends list, now although I dont know a few of these personally, I have a good reorte' with them either via email, PM or the threads on here. But then more than a couple of people who I've never spoken to or even seen anything from me have stuck me on their friends list. "El Olivo Hunting" is one such person. He joined last night, early this morning and I got the usual notification. The name didn't ring a bell with me so I checked him out, I apparently was his first friend on here even though he had on
  15. Wurz old buddy, Your racking up the points on this one +1 from me Looks like perfection when it comes to the placement, JD would be proud with shots like those Very nice shooting and a nice little write up as well Phantom
  16. Theres the front sight and all 5 inserts going as well. Currently almost £40 Phantom
  17. Looks like I'm gonna have to get me one or you guy's will be leaving me behind Hey Gary, remember when we first met and I had a little difficulty with your voice/accent? You came across crystal clear on the video So I've come to the conlcusion (and Davy will confirm) my hearing aint up to scratch Phantom
  18. I gave a version of the mount to the guy who baught my big telescope. It was very basic but could hold most cameras toa 1.25 inch eyebell. I paid £30 for it years ago to a company called Astro-Engineering. That one you link to Si looks to be a newer much more sturdy version and of course it will attach to any diameter SPA Phantom
  19. thanks for the idea, made something similar a couple of years back, but onlu for my head. Didn't last long either, fell apart SPA Phantom
  20. Sorry Andy, I'm more autistic than artistic My freehand stuff can be found in the bin Phantom
  21. Nowt wrong with Showaddywaddy My brother was a roadie for them at one time and I loved em, even had a pair of blue suade beetle boppers Phantom
  22. Lovely shooting there Si and all caught on video as well Sweet Was telling Davy earlier, my trigger fingers going Cold Turkey at the moment due to ruddy weather. Take care my friend Tony
  23. I'm a good boy me Well said Buddy, Thank you Phantom
  24. I've not had the pleasure either yet. I've read a few good reviews though and Hatsan do produce some quality arms, unless the companies that they produce them for are skimping on price. Edgar Brothers have some very nice guns, they are made by Hatsan. The Logun S16 was a pile of crud until fettled (also made by Hatsan). Hatsan now manufacture the Same gun as the S16 on the outside; but now produce it for Edgar Bros and its internals have had money spent on them, its a totally different gun inside and the people that have had it that I have spoken with say its a nice piece of kit.
