What they say It certainly becomes addictive and is real fast fire fun. It can also be a little unsettling as well Read my "Ratting with Dillan" posts, funny but gives you an idea of what can happen. What sort of permission is it? Farm, Sewer Treatment Works, Dog Food producer? Phantom

Actually guy's Field craft is more than just how you move, its also about your ability to blend in, camo or concealment totally differant things in my eyes and in the military camo, = blend in, concealment = to hide totally. I'd like to see a Sniper out in a theatre of war wear a high vis vest :11: Movement is only one part of field craft, lets face it, if you've been as slow and as possible and have managed to get within your kill range and your hidden behind a clump of nettles then you spark up a fag before taking a shot, or have a good fart or you stick on the latest Iron Maiden CD (or

Hey guy's n gal's did that rabbit on the video have myxie? NO did it feck! Do a search for "Does Camo Work" and you will see for yourself As for Disruptive Pattern Material, Since when did a tiger wear Material? Since when did Tanks, Aircraft and (until RADAR rendered it's use obsolete) when did Military War Ships Dress in MATERIAL? Now according to the DPM Appreciation Sociaty its MARKINGS, According to the History Channel its MARKINGS and don't believe everything you read on Wikipedia (I can go onto the page and change or edit it to MARKINGS or MORONS if I wanted to! thats the bea

I did a touch didn't I My appologies to Les for being both sarcastic and grumpy You know me though Craig, I am Always willing to be corrected I state it time and time again don't I But for me to be corrected, whoever is correcting me must give me the correct info and then I can go away, digest, learn from it and then pass it onto others. I had seen a documentary on Realtree years ago (saw it on some hunting DVD) it went into a little depth about how it was all started, how the first design came about etc and how the brand or Realtree has changed camo for the better, not that I

Just so you know Les, Deben correctly list Realtree as a BRAND http://www.deben.com/camo-range.html Phantom

Bull pucky Deben is a Group of Companies Realtree is a BRAND or correctly termed a "Trade Mark" , there are many "Realtree" Patterns The Company "Realtree" was founded by a gentleman called Bill Jorden who created his 1st pattern in 1986. His Company licenses the patterns and the brand to manufacturers all over the world, not just Deben. My Realtree Jacket is made in for a company called Stearns Dry Wear. Not for by Deban. Just so you know Phantom

Don't forget there are other makes out there. Realtree is just one brand (and very costly too) Camo won't make you invisible it just helps to break up your solid outline and it's that; that helps you blend in I use dutch army DPM (even though I have a realtree jacket) for all my hunting. And it does exactly that, it Disrupts my solid Pattern (shape) with its Markings. I've used it to slowly walk right up to a bunny; bend down and pick it up Realtree, Mossy Oak, DPM, its of no use what so ever if you don't learn some field craft. Wich has just reminded me of something I ne

Awsome reply Collie Come off it Andy, I for one enjoyed the read Okay; Some people don't put it across as well as others do in a write up; but take a bit of time to read it and it's a good read Its fantastic that more people are taking the time out to do the write ups rather than just put up pix Phantom PS Collie, the only stupid questions are the ones that you don't ask, we have all been at the start and had to learn at some point. I'd have been very gratefull if someone had taught me to shoot properly and answered my questions that I had all those years ago Ask away b

Brilliant read as per usual Sir It's nice to know when you've cleaned up on a clearance job aint it Have to admit though; I actually felt really sorry for the lil' bunny, being the sole survivor of its clan, I'd hte to be alone like that Still it'll not be lonley now you've given it its free pass to the big carrot field somewhere in the universe Soz bud, but you'll have to wait til tomorrow for the SP as I'm all out today (how many of these things do we get to give out per day? anyone know?) To some extent your correct Sean, PCP's have two kinds of regulators: A precision engineered unit between the hammer valve and the air cylinder. (ie aftermarket regulator) or what most people call 'unregulated' where the hammer valve relies on the air pressure inside the air cylinder to close the valve after a shot. The manufacturers call this 'Self-Regulating' Its the second type that is most common and why you notice a 'sweet-spot' in the power curve. My S200 has the latter, its 'un-regged/self regulating' if I go above the sweetspot my shots are very inconsitent, dropping by ft/lb
