How close were you bill....were you using the 300mm?...bloody good shot that is! Cheers Undi..no used a Nikkor -400mm, got about 20 shots before I realised they were silloettes and had to quick change settings..have you got them kingfishers yet.. No sign of the buggers Bill been looking everywhere I can think of....even the nest I was watching from a distance has produced nada....my last foray out I spent more time taking pictures of foxes
