I'm collecting over 2000 pheasant eggs aday and maybe out of that 1-2 will be shelless jelly eggs theses birds have oystershell given once a week are put on breeder pellets as soon as there caught up and are wormed every 4 weeks i wouldn't worry to much about it.
Chicken is also good bait.As for the licence there very easy to get.If you've signal crayfish in the waters don't worry about the native white claw because there won't be any signal's kill em
I use the plastic traps with salmon carcasses as bait they catch better at night so your better emptying them in the morning We get £2 a kilo for them and in good areas we'll fill a black dustinbin with about 12 traps but the waters around us are heavily populated around us.You show be able to tell by the condition of the crayfish if theres alot in that water crayfish with pincers missing shows you that there's alot about and beleive or not there is a pecking order with em the bigger ones rule the waters (obviously)

I've 1 and there no different to any other 17hmr chap,the only quarm i have is when i change barrels i have to take my scopes off but this would be sorted if i put higher mounts on it.The 17 and the 22 mag are the same magazine as is the 22rf and the 17 mac so there no confusion there regards burnie.
