    We had the same thing years ago with a old dog of mine this bitch never tied so i use to hold the dog i her meaning i'd put 1 hand under the bitch and hold her up with my other hand press the dogs back end into her she had pups no problem best of luck.

    i agree with johnny 85 here, any dog or bitch that does that amount of work on a regular basis and sees that amount of foxes an never been dug to in my eyes can not be called a serious earth dog. please don't think i'am having a go but if a dog takes its quarry to a stop then that dog should keep it there an see the job through, not let pass, not go into reverse gear letting the fox go up a side tube then to bolt. if it were mine there would be some serious????????? above its head.
