top class storys fellas. heres my scaryest time while out lamping. me and a mate were looking around the field while standing at the gate to pickup some eyes in the in the top right corner of the feild. these eyes keptmoving back then forward then back etc and eventually just went. the eyes were quite tall around human size atleast. i lamped the neighbouring feilds but didnt find anything like that. i never found out what it was.
breaking to ferrets is best done when both are young and is just a case of getting them use to each other. hiya ryan how you doing? long time no chat. i set it up on the preset method but the knots were twisting and coming off so i took it off the pegs. i should of kept with the end pins with it as im using long sharpend sticks now  do i just twist the lines on the pins with this method? i havnt been out yet just need to practise setting it in the day first. ivetied in the bagging aswell so its 1yd of drawcord to 2yds of netting and still had netting left overso put on more running c

set your snares early to try and get any scent off them rub your hands on some grass or dockleaves or dry soil to remove your smell look at the runs and follow the beats this is where the rabbit puts its feet as it travells along its run as it goes out to feed. set your snare over the centre of a beat not in between as some would tell you no.gif on pasture land your snare should be set at 6.5 inches to the bottom of the loop look along the run as you set your wires looking out onto the feild the way the rabbit is travelling dont have your snare to far over the run
i dont doubt that you havnt mate just stating that every other whippet i see advertised in cw etc has got at least 1 of these in its make up. good luck with your pup mate
