dangerous things for ferrets muzzels if you were to lose him he would be f****d <{POST_SNAPBACK}> dont use a muzzle. be quiter when your setting the nets and when the ferrets down and leaving the burry a few mins to settle down before entering your ferret may be a good idea. are you starving him before work?

perhaps the rusting is common in airarms cragman as my s400 is going a tad rusty despite being wiped down frequently with napier vp90 gun cleaner and oil.

i got an opinel from one of the game fairs this year. it only looked at blood then rusted. the bladeis verry verry stiff and because of thise i just leave it open in the garage to gut and chop my kills with. ive sparyed oil on and even put 3 in 1 on but still no joy. but then again what do you expect for a fiver.

i woke up this morning to find that some one's broken in to my ferret shed. 1 out of the 2 are missing and its a hob thats gone. (he's probably gone as he's the only 1 who can climb up there and they grabbed him and went or he escaped out of the hole. he's albino colour and has gone from the wrexham area. i have an suspision who it could be the lad who i boght the dog off that i posted about in the running dog section but not sure.i think him as he said i could have the dog on lone (but paid him £50 and i wouldget it back if i didnt want it, never got it back, but tbh im not bothered about th

the hw77 is the better gun but will probably be more expensive and i think its allso the heaviest, but thes supersport would be ok just to start you out with. the one peice mount could allso be usefull if you choose to put a scope on but it depends on prices and condition of the rifles. the HW is about £254 new were as the supersport only £139. you get what you pay for though.

ive been told that aswell millet but cant find the damn things. i find if i pot 1 and stay still and leave the first 1 were it fell others will come and shout there heads off (till you shoot them too ) attracting more magpies. i usually bait them up at about 25yds for shooting them with my .22 air rifle. they'll get used to coming down after the food but remember there eyesight is spot on so keep still and hidden. they usualy come arond the chicken pens after scraps of food but.... :ph34r: goodluck maty.

ive been after a dog for a fair while now as some of you know and ive just been out lamping with a mates mate (the one who was offering me a bullxcolliexgrey) and his dog and after a bout 5 runs caught nothing, but came verry close. perhaps it was my slipping but hey. now i no ill probably get people saying only i can make the choice too get it or not but what what do you think. the dog took a crap and was all watery but im not sure what he feeds it on and he said it didnt have any food since the morning?? it seems verry freindly and fairly obediant, came back fairly quickly when he wanted it

whats the punishment for poaching?

rats are tuff little things. ive never shot rats with a .177 just .22 and have still had runners @ about 5yds 11.8ft/lbs and AA field pellets and neck/shoulder shots. so i would GUESS that .177 would be worse for rats but perhaps someone who's tried this will tell you. ive thort of trying try rws super h-point's for rats but the local gun shop doesnt sell them.

now now p&g you know thats not the propper way..... but a fun way to start out . scout around local farms, golf courses etc and try and write some lettters or chat to the boss and see if you can get some permission this way youve got nothing to worry about if your spotted i wouldnt say a .177 kills better than a .22 if anything the other way around but verry verry slightly as the pellet is bigger so causes more damage but on slightly. were as the .177 has a flatter tragectory(sp) over the .22 being the smaller pellet. :ph34r: and for the shooting buddy, well i go shooting with my brot

i started with some chinease shite as well. i got literly about 7yds from a rabbit it was facing me square on in a reed bed type area, shouldered the rifle, aimed, shot and the rabbit hops off as if nothing happend!! im sure you could pick up something like a bsa lightening for around £100 and approx £35 for a cheap scope and mounts that would last much longer and will probably shoot straight as well!!

as far as i know i dont think thats true just one of the old tales you hear from time to time through hunting. you could try snaring , shoot or ferret with nets.

from my limited knolege i would say like tim and BB take them out 1 at a time. perhaps ther bonding together too much. are they together in the kennels.

You can get electrolite solutions from any vet they cost around £2:60 to £3:00 or you can use dioralite solution you can get it from most chemists even on prescription when the kids have got the squirts,make sure you get the natural flavour tho cos the dogs dont like blackcurrant!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> :sick: :sick: i remember the blackcurrent flavour even now..
