I remember talking with a bouncer off my face in the smoking area...told me he was on roids...same conversation he said i was silly for taking drugs lol like he didnt even consider roids drugs. No doubt serious bodybuilders care for their body strange to think theyd put shit inside em with so many possible problems.

Thing for me with roids is the possible problems are very serious. So if your going to take em you shpuld be very serious about training. If youve not been lifting long and have a shit diet why possibly put risk on your body? Surely youd think people would value their health more than something their half not bothered about. Are roids common in prison? Can get any other drug. Someone i know has just come out, went in like a match stick. If you was walking out a room and he was by the door youd slap his head just for a laugh on your way out. Be interesting to see if anyone does it now lol his huge. Bet you could turn over a profit if you opened one of those near gyms all over? Trying to think of any other place that only sells healthy food. Gym near me sits above macdonalds lol. Maybe slight name change so you can draw in the public easier who want to eat healthy and arent necessarily gym goers.

Have heard of quite a few people mention that gyms kitchen. Seen plenty on twitter post that their eating there too. I aint no expert but surely loosing or gaining weight cant be that hard? Im obsessed with saving for my own place. Hate the idea of havinf to live whereever the council stick you. Also more aless impossible to get a council place.
