  1. When your on a walk have a walking stick with you and when ever you pup tries to pull just put the stick in front of the pup and say "Back". It will soon get used to it slowly start to use the stick less and less and hopefully the pup should start listening to back when on and off the lead! Good luck hope this helps Bagforthebadgers
  2. I saw that aswell, there was a few other people doing it aswell. One of them did a stone curlew, not much compared to the irish elk that was recreated! That one was really good.
  3. Absolutley brilliant! The one i know will always give 100% where ever when ever whe out working, good strong and fast for a big dog. Couldn't ask more from him! Thats him at about 1

  6. When ferrets mate, thats basically what its like, we took our jill round to friends and id doesnt look to nice! Probably just still got that urge to try and mate

  16. I have been out a couple of times so far this season, but have had no salmon yet, hopefully later on I will though. I have been using flying C's (red silver) And on the fly pot bellied pigs in hornet, tiger, marauder, park shrimp those sort of patterns. I fish on the river tyne and it is quite peaty water so a bit of colour is needed but what does work well is small salmon hairwing flies, they do the job nicely and catch the fish effectively. Some people will say that they dont but from experience they do!

  18. Can anyone give me some information on what toby's, flying C's etc. Which ones work the best through out the season? Which colours, any other lures? Rapalas? What's been working for you? Any information is gratefully recieved. Thanks Jonny
  19. Just wondering If anyone in the northumberland area on here does falconry. And was hoping you might be willing to let me and my cousin come out with you on a day hunting the the hawks, eagles, falcons, etc. I would be really grateful if you are able to as I am wanting to learn more about falconry as 1 day I hope to own a couple of my own, I have already got some experiance as I have done a few falconry courses and know the basics.   24. I'm helping with my cousins cull this year, were not going to start for another couple of weeks yet though, let them get rid of the velvet. And we want to know exactly whats about and which ones are to cull. Can't wait
