I have in front of me an advert from the Shooting News (may87) where it says "Blue". Fantastic lamping dog. 95 rabbits in 3 hours!! I swear!! thats a constant rate of one rabbit every 1.89 minutes which is some going by anyones standards. Could this be feasable?

I think its Acu-Pell mate... always loved the Superdomes, but Long Range Gold is also a good pellet as are FT Trophy and AA Field... I always liked Eley in the .22 cal for springers

The dales are the best place for a dig..about 9 inches of soil then rock, most of the rabbits were about a shovelful deep!! only ever had one deep do in the dales and that was right under a sodding dry stone wall give me a bolter any day

I think i encountered a dumped fox a few months ago in April. In the middle of the day i pulled the car up to watch a fox scouting a short grass field. It appeared to be quite confused and showed no fear of me nor the car, in fact it sat down for a short while and watched me before turning round and trotting under a hawthorn bush where it just sat down again and didnt move. The fox appeared to be "lost" and unsure of where to go....but whether it was a released fox or not, nobody can say for certain.

I have noticed that the beams can differ on the same style lamp, when tested form the same battery Dont know why?

Feinwerkbou Sport.....Sweet My mate had one and we used to hunt the local squirrel population with almost obsessive regularity, had some great times with it. I bet theres bloody loads of the old guns in mint condition at the back of peoples wardrobes or in their lofts. Would love to get a brand new meteor

because i would say it is probably the first (and only?) ever record of a cuckoo parasiting a greenfinch, though i do stand to be corrected. Personally i have never heard of a cuckoo using any of the finch species For this to happen, and for this to be discovered is remarkable IMHO......all the best....JD

Peter adolf invented it,. The guy was mental on collecting eggs and this board game soon gave him enough money to expand his oological collection. He was very keen on the different colour sets of eggs and was said to be a great man for identifying birds from their song.... as all the best naturalists can.. one of the best UK finds he ever managed was a clutch of six greenfinch eggs that contained a cuckoo!!!!! DO IT.....it'll work. No bloody electric to touch...only unplug, wipe viewing card, wait a minute or two, then re-insert card and turn on......the SKY will go through a slight intro and then your back at it....bobs your uncle, fanny's your aunt.... :kiss:
