I've tried them all over the years, feck In the past if me n the mrs went shopping n I disappeared for a bit she'd always try n catch me up in the pet food part checking the ingredients n analysis If all the dog foods, can become abit over the top this dog feeding, iv seen dogs in 3rd world countrys that just eat rubbish on the street,left over rubbish as well as the locals filter out the best rubbish n alot of those dogs looked in fine healthy condition....over here biscuits play there part n fine to mix a bit in now n then but feed a bucket to your dogs n shovel a bucket up...feed decent mea

Lol yeh I know what ya mean, I also found descending is really hard on the knees, them salomon yeh I like them for trekking, when I did that 3 week trekk to Everest I saw lads who's soles were ripped nearly clean right off by the end n others fecked in other ways, my salomonwere bang on n really comfy, mine are clima zone but I don't think there the top of the range n I hear its better to order 1/2 a size bigger than you normally would but don't quote me on that lol

    Rice?

    I sometimes mix a bit of rice or pasta with there grub, but I don't use brown or wholemeal they get white the same as us, for fibre I just add a bit of oatmeal n a slice or 2 of brown bread n some veg mixed in with raw lamb or chicken n a few chicken feet neck or a couple of ribs with keepers mix on top..

  10. Running dog addiction is one i like iv read it a few times, also the small paper back lurcher volumes Darcy did cant remember the names but I thought were a decent read..as a whipper snapper I really liked rouges n running dogs had my big imagination runnin wild that did lol

I've fecked a few pairs of late Dodge lol..two pairs I really like for walking are Lowa' s & Jack Pykes but neither like too much water,comfortable as you like though,you could walk until you dropped in comfort,another pair I like are called Himalayan they are just work boots really but again very comfortable and with a pair of gaiters on you can wade through water nigh on to your knees without a fuss..I can't afford all these expensive hiking boots etc but I'd be interested to know which are the dogs danglies just incase I could pick a pair up on the cheap lol..Atb Andy heard lowas are

  15. There's a good whippet greyhound in Scotland that is a good allrounder n still working hard at over 5 years old he was bred from a good tough working whippet to a staying greyhound, not sure if anyone on here knows the dogs he's called Bertie.

    Im sure you would drop abit of weight on this diet but not sure of the over all health advantages n im sure with that long of gap between meals it would soon start eatin into your muscle especially if you've been active or doin a fair bit of training..eating a good breakfast n then reguler not to big meals through out the day has always done well by me n if i have a bad week of eating alot of crap i just make up for it by improving on the next week,i dont like to take things to seriousley so i eat junk sometimes but i always make sure i eat good stuff aswell ev in moderation i suppose n im in

Cheers Dodge..Its been a "long old time" since I've put this much groundwork in with pups,my lamp dogs "cur" types of late never got this much BUT still got more than plenty,I just don't want these to fail if I can help it,our lass wouldn't get rid if they did fail but I'd feel pissed off trailing a dud about for the next 15 years lol so I'm giving it my best shot...when I spoke to Black Recking It before I even got the pup as we didn't know each other i told him that I'd do right by it,you know me Dodge...I originally put my name on Fife the cream dog never even contemplated getting Boots but
