  3. I see your point Gnash. A little GANG of 'doglads' are not classed GANGsters A little,GANG of car enthusiasts are not classed GANGsters but, somehow A little GANG of thieves, dealers & pimps are viewed as GANGsters, like those you see in films & grand theft auto games
  4. Just about everyone in this wee city I reside in, is a gangster (wannabee) or a footballers wife (wannabee) Thing that makes me laugh, they dont tried to hide it from anyone, lad I knew, set up a little business, and got raided after 3weeks !! Now THATS fast!
  5. Its not really my place to say mate. Lets just say they werent caught in act, obviously because they werent doing anything untoward, but they had found some roadkill during the day
  6. Need to be sure, if its the same story mate
  7. Nesbit, is there actually many Fallow left on the estate (apolgies is im relating to the wrong story)
  8. & theres no need for anyone to go up, theres dozens and dozens of lads going up regular & giving it some stick Its the estates own fault, they only would shoot trophy animals for the trophy fee, even a tenant farmer told me he was sick to the back teeth of the Dama Dama asked me to sort one or 2, or everyone I see, but I was there for rabbits only
  9. If its the same story that ive heard, then hes probably one of the keepers that reported the lads. If it is the same story, then they werent caught in the act. And they got an NFA today
  10. Well I always thought Anything upto 3.5ton 60mpsh, 3.5 to 7.5 50mph and over 7.5 40mph. On a national speed limit road. Looks like ill have to be extra careful in my tranny now when theres a T5 around. Mind iv driven vans for years, past coppers, behind coppers, and in front of them at 60mph and never had a bother
  11. Well we got to hawick today, and not much snow, but soon as we hit up by selkirk, it was white everywhere... Sun was shining most the day, has melted quite a lot of it. Hopefully no snow there tonight, as were back there tommorow. seen 2 lads with deerhound lurchers just north of selkirk on A7 by the roadworks.... Any of you lads?
  12. Was up there today, weather was fine, but snow on ground. Scottish borders council got it all planned out, mini tractors with snow plow's & spreaders for the pavements. Nothing like that down here
  13. Cheers lads. Most my work is tweedbank... Borderscot, my main reason for going is a nice quick £1100
  14. Supposed to b working therr this week, but if its icy & snowy. Then ill be knocking it on the head. Whats weather like at the mo?
  15. I bet if the only way to do it was to get out and walk there wouldnt be half as many so called lurchermen. I spent 7 years walking mate carrying sack fulls of rabbits, covering Miles upon Miles. there just insnt a decent population of game round here anymore, i MUST DRIVE to entertain my dogs with a 4x4, i can put the gear in front of my dogs. so who is the 'so called' lurcherman? the one who walks for miles & puts a wee bit of quarry in front of the dog.... or the one who will drive around all night, putting PLENTY of quarry in front of the dog?
  16. Spent a few hours walking one night mate and ended up with this lot left my house at 930pm that evening and never got back in til 530am Like a said mate, not aboit being lazy, just versatile a can lamp me wee dog on the slip, off the slip walking around.... Similarly I can open the drivers side rear door at 10-20mph and he can be out & on the bunnys. Can yours do that? Never been a fan of running dogs from a car but runninng them on rabbits from a car is asking for a serious injury. some people make me laugh c'mon, you go out. your walking, just you &
  17. Got Insa Special Tracks on nope need a winch first Spent a few hours walking one night mate and ended up with this lot left my house at 930pm that evening and never got back in til 530am Like a said mate, not aboit being lazy, just versatile a can lamp me wee dog on the slip, off the slip walking around.... Similarly I can open the drivers side rear door at 10-20mph and he can be out & on the bunnys. Can yours do that? your a absolute ledgend whats so great about a dog jumping out a car at 10 20 mph, you might think its clever till your dog snapes it
  18. Try it mate, you'l love it. Obviously you muat have full consent of the farmer, and dont drive over crops & dont cause a lot of damage .
