WELL FOR A STARTER ; the bride and groom to be had booked their day before this muslim shite. Now they have to re-organise the day either another time or somewhere else. Rising taxes, house prices, living costs BLAME IMMIGRATION!!!!! How are decent folk supposed to live when immigrants, both legal and illegal are coming here, taking our jobs because they will work for £1 an hour, getting houses for free, clothes, food etc......???? They even get away with murder, well they get 14weeks in jail, might as well be let off. Do you blame the people of the UK for turning RACIST? I

Molly, i disagree with the bit i have highlighted. I must say in my opinion, these people have no respect for any prey, be it a deer or the humble rat. I hate rats, but as a living thing they are respected. If i were to capture one alive, it would be dispatched humanely, and if i couldnt do this, it would be released. ( i dont do any form of live trapping, but a fenn could mis-fire. People, start looking after your animals or give them to a GOOD home. Respect your quarry!

while im in the ranting mood; Read in papers today, A couple were due to get married at Alton Towers. They spend a lot of money on tickets for the guests. Alton Towers then turned round to say that the day they have booked is a "muslim fun day" so men and women cant go on the rides together, the women cannot wear skirts or reveal their flesh, and they must cover their heads. What a disgrace, when in rome do as the romans do! I personally am going to write a letter to them expressing my disgrace and informing them that they will be recieving any custom from me!!!! :realmad:

Another Rant. (because im sick of the way people treat their animals and give hunting a bad name.... I remember a while ago (no names mentioned) someone's ferret had an abscess, im sure it was an abscess. He left it and left it and left it, leaving the ferret in discomfort to say the least. NOW THEN, if it was a dog with such a condition, would he have left it until it got to a worse stage? My guess is NO. So do people see a ferret as a stinky little animal that can be replaced for a couple of quid, usually for free. And they oppose the dog, that might cost £100 to replace.

I have in the past trapped two wild polecats (accidently) and they are bloody viscous, and their ear piercing screams would be enough to wake you up in the night.
-
Doesnt take two brain cells to work this one out. How big of a womb do you think ferrets have?
-
what's this new FAD all about? people wanting pure polecats or 1/2 wild polecat 1/2 ferret? Anybody who breeds a wild polecat against a ferret seriously has an animal welfare problem. I have seen some jills after being with a hob ferret, scragged around by the neck, I would hate to imagine what a wild polecat would do with her. What if you had a lay-up with one of these polecats and had to dig, the little fecker certainly isnt going to be happy, what you going to do? Take welding gloves out with you? Apart from that, the chances of them getting along with your other ferrets are sl

:11: nice one mr fish By saying "had" do you mean you killed three hare's? if so, I assume that the farmer or landowner has requested you to control the hare's, which i doubt, so what the fecking hell are you killing hare's this time of year?

well done whoever it is, you done the right thing taking that pathetic excuse for "advice" off the world wide web

http://www.hunting4eva.piczo.com WHo built this, when i first looked at it i was disgusted. The spelling was the worst out there, and apparently all you needed for ferreting was "yer need a feret n dats it reeli" I pointed this out to the owner (???) and he has now changed it to "you need a ferret, spade, nets and a box" (somewhere along those lines) This site does not do ferreting any justice at all. Who on earth is supposed to benefit from this site? If it supposed to help amatuers then just delete the site, look in the pictures section "a kit of ferrets" that picture shoul

if you liked to see them run pre ban, you obviously dont run them now postban, do you? if you don't, then why dont you shoot them (for obvious reasons, not this time of year) you must have had plenty of rain where your at, the ground is solid up here, i wouldnt dream of running dogs on it. Unless of course you mean lamping with the rifle?

Please just take two or three minutes to read through this. This is taken from the field sports debate, posted by "sorrel" A sad reflection on our old country REST OF THE WORLD VERSION: The squirrel works hard in the withering heat all summer long, Building and improving his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The Grasshopper thinks he's a fool, and laughs and dances and plays the summer away. Come winter, the squirrel is warm and well fed. The shivering grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold. THE END THE BRITISH VERSIO

nice on Mr. Fish. People think that there is not many hares around in the UK anymore. I have spoken to farmers (pre-ban) saying i took hare's and was asked (politely) to leave them alone because there isn't many about. Rubbish, I can regularly see 10+ a night. On newish bits of permission, 30 or 40 hares can be seen in meadow fields a night (job for the longnet )

Well, give it a month or two and i'm sure plenty of us will be back out ferreting. But since im bored NOW, what ground do you all cover? I cover all types, from rough hedge rows and sandy bank's. Field sets, stoney sets, woodland, walls (not too keen on the walls), moorland, roughland, bushes, tree roots, mounds, My main bits of quality ferreting land lay between 25 and 40 miles from home. Both hold an impressive amount of rabbits. My first bit, is mainly field sets, stoney sets, and mound's with a little bit of woodland. The next is mainly moorland, with an odd sandy bank and st

well all know vets will charge the earth. My lasse's - mothers - dog had a lump in its belly. Found out it wasnt cancerous, apparently castration helps the dogs, so it went ahead. what a load of shite. I think it had to go back to the vets today, infection in it's knob.

Im no expert by any means on live trapping. I have never done any live trapping in my life. I would have thought that you should maybe try putting some bait inside the actual trap? good luck
