  2. Can anyone help me please I have a 2 year old whippet (son of Mike Browns 'Strike while the irons hot')that im going to have too sell, if I cant find some where or someone that has a spare kenell to house him either as a sort of livery arangement I suppose. I have just moved from north wales to shrewsbury so any help in the area? Or even a suggestion? Thanks for your help lads!
  3. I have two Hobbs and three Jill’s they are 2years old and been through a few holes and are spot on too handle. They are free to any one who can collect and that are not strangers to keeping and working ferrets. If you are interested I’m in North Wales PM for more details. Thanks.
  4. Hello! Don’t want to piss on your parade but….Robi are Chinese also! Personally I haven’t got a problem with them. In fact top tip some of Husky’s old moulds were sold to a Chinese tool maker can’t say if they make hedge cutters but there saws are spot on! You can pick a saw up off ebay for £120. have a look and see if you can source a hedge cutter by the same dudes.
  5. So if you Toronto girl were to advise me on a nice hunting and fishing spot as near to the city of Toronto as you would dare live, in fear of both pollution and bunny huggers. Where would it be?(So I can look the town up cheers.)
  6. So they have loads of rabbits. but no one hunts them! Massive carp in almost every puddle or pond you look in, But no one fishes for'em! So in the words of S.L.Jackson in pulp fiction " I'm fu**ing going that's all there is to it I'm fu**ing going!" Thanks guys any one that does lamp or carp fish in toronto please put a thred up or pm me cheers every one!
  7. Hello! On a recent trip to Toronto, Canada I noticed what I would have said to be prime rabbit ground. It had grazing a plenty seemed soft enough to dig burrows as long as the CN tower! So is the reason for me not seeing a rabbit down to the fact that it gets to cold and snowed in for too much of the year? Or is it teeming and I’m blind!! Thanks everyone.
  8. Hello! Wonder if any one can help me. My 11 month old whippet has what I can only describe as dandruff! I have tried some shampoo and tried to add more oil in to his diet in form of tuna and eggs and so on. Has any one got a clue as what it is and what I can do to cure him? Many thanks.
  9. Well this is what I thought DS as I have had Botulism before and it is a swift if a horrible death! The vets around hear wont even take it out the box for the fear of them!! So if it gets to the stage where I think she is suffering I will give her a quick end. Its just she looks normal if you get me.
  10. Hello! I’m looking for some advice on a sick Jill. She is showing sings of botulism only there has been best part of three weeks since she last had meat. And that was a freshly killed rabbit in for two days as usual. The Jill is off her food but thirsty, and is unable to move her hind legs for walking. Has been like this for a few days now. Apart from being off her food and unable to walk she seems normal i.e. alert and active (as active as a paralysed ferret can be!) Any thought's please.
  11. Just wondering if any one can tell me what I need to be looking for in a good Bedlington terrier. And if you wanted the best breeding line where would you go and who would you ask? I am doing some research for a future purchase any comments or thoughts as well as names greatly accepted! Thanks all!!
  12. I’m ready to get my dog out on the lamp and was wondering how some of you lot go about it. How do you get your dog to start looking down the beam? Also how much is a good workout and pushing it with a dog just starting out?
  13. Hello! I fancy getting my self a new lamp can anyone tell me which one I should get or more importantly avoid! I do prefer the batteries on a belt type. You’re thought please.
