Well..................after much due consideration....
I poached the chicken in White wine, fresh stock, garlic, lemon juice and a bay leaf.
The poaching liquor was then reduced with the addition of rape oil, White wine vinegar and touch of Corn flour, and touch more lemon juice and a little sugar.
I cooked the new potatoes and let them cool. They were then reheated in the oven coated with Rape seed oil and with Roquefort cheese.
I steamed some broccoli as a plate filler.
It was ............................................... Exceptional ......of course
