no it wouldnt any dog can pick up squatters they aint that hard are they?? so then "the techno viking" you think for some silly reason a SPANIEL is up for the ammount of work that a lurcher is. so please tell me how a SPANIEL would be able to catch rabbits on the run, catch bolting rabbits whilst ferreting. yeah a different variety of dogs would be able to pick squatters up but come on how many squatters do you get really. round my way im lucky to see 1 or 2 squatting bunnys. atb only said squatters fella not runners and spaniels catch alot more than lurchers in cover to s

i had the very same problem with one of my dogs.I started walking him on the lead back to the van for a few weeks.Each week il wait a little longer before putting him back on the lead where it came to the point that id wait til i was 20 yards from the van .Eventually i let him walk on his own the whole way back and he is bang on now jigsaw ,hope this helps

if you can see it , look at his kuckle it is almost touching the dogs back , then go forwards and you can see the head , front leg everything , the whole shape is there to see will you draw a line around the shape im bloody blind man
