  14. Having been old school and new school over the last 20yrs, i have to be honest to say that the way forward is by using locators, Why? 15yrs ago id be out there with maybee half a dozen ferrets knowing full well that there was a possibility of not coming home with them all, and knowing the time and effort put into good ferrets, i absolutly hated leaving one behind. My other pet hate was leaving dead rabbits aground, as im a believer that leaving a dead rabbit in a burrow, tends to empty sections of burrows, and many times ive been back to burrows where ive had bolts and knowing the ferret
  15. Cheers for that DS, i did think about the settings as there is only two, low and high, but as the dog stands at nearly 28ins and is a well built dog, i made the decission to put it on high. The result so far not a peep last night again. But reflecting on what you said, tonight im going to reduce the setting as he,s had a taste of it now and maybee the minor stimulation will now be a gentle reminder. Hopeing then to eventually reduce it to the bleeping only and no shock, hopefully by then the feeling of the probes on his neck and the audio will result in silence. I know t

Not a F*****g peep all night RK i tried everything you can think of, walking him late, locking him in late, leaving him in the run, not feeding him till lock up time, the list is endless. but he only dose it every now and again, its not every night so im only using the coller as
