i got reported last year about my ferrets ,i asked who has reported me of course they said they could not disclose the name ,its obvious really because i would have gone straight round and flattened them,i let him in he had a look around and he was quite impressed how i have my ferrets set out i even made him a cup of tea and we chatted, and he said as he was leaving if any more reports about me they would be ignored ,i dont have a problem with them checking up on abuse cases or neglect , i hope i can speak for everyone on here but mis treatment of animals is not exceptable

as i live in the village its self ,there is always some one knocking about wether its crack of dawn or midnight ,so your chances of not being caught are very slim ,ive often been very tempted

if she is drinking ok it might just be the warm weather ,it puts us off eating . just keep an eye on her she might start eating when the weather cools

Sod the ferret! Your son's the hero of this story! I've no idea how old he is but, how many 'Kids' these days would come home, find their parent had added another to Their lot, grunted and got on with their own business? Good to hear concern for the creatures well being is passing down in ye family my son is 24 and he has always checked on them when he gets home if im not in,when he was young his friends would come and help and go home with a new perfume called ferret lol

im not worried i just find it odd ,especially to think he was drinking from the bottle ages and he was just sat with a bowl of water infront of him ,you would think it would be natural to drink from the bowl if he was thirsty

i have placed the water bowl under the spout from the bottle hopefully he might just start drinking from the bowl ,i hate bottles

i picked up a ferret today from someone who no wanted him ,i put him in a large cage i keep just for these quick needed home ones ,gave him a dish of water a few biscuits and a piece of pigeon ,he never touched the pigeon only ate the biscuits and he just sat there never once had a drink of water ,which we all know biscuits make them thirsty i waited and watched still no drink he sniffed at it ,i took the dogs out and during that time my son had returned home and seen the ferret ,my son didnt see the water dish so he found a water bottle out at attached it to the cage door ,when i returned hom

it just shows how the state of the uk is today britian has lost its great ,we are going down hill so fast now and the amount of immigrants coming into this country every day makes your mind boggle and when they have settled they take over the community sticking up their mosques ,could you imagine going to their country and wanting to build a church ,that would never be allowed .if they want to come to our country they should abide by our ways of life

keep them with their mother until they dont feed from her and they are just eating meat ,hope you have a good stock of meat or a good supply with that many a rabbit wont last 5 minutes with that lot lol.looks like you are going to be busy in the coming weeks but have fun with the little monsters
