    One young vixen tonight, but only just. Spotted her sneaking under gateway into field I was in, at 150yds. Let her move down hedgerow a little but was moving away from me, so next time she stopped i squeezed trigger. Bloody miss to the right/behind her, saw the dust kick up..she took off but only another 25yd & stopped wondering wtf. Lined up crosshairs, gently squeeze, hit........ but then she's back up dragging down field ?. Wait for stop & finally this time it drops her. On inspection, first hit was far back on guts. Dunno what's going on, but I packed in there until I can check ze

    I'm long beyond the point of worrying about me mate, just save yourselves!! ?? On a serious note, they are a great bit of kit, rifle stable on back, reduces weight but easy & quick to shoulder still. Just don't get a pink one........... unless you're as cool as me ??

    First '22 cub this morning. Mowed some silage yesterday so thought I'd have a look early on. Couple hours calling but nothing. Start my work day, gaffer rings just after 7 asking if I've got gun on me, just seen one in little paddock we keep few odd sod sheep in. I got there quick, it was still sat by water trough. I was on bipod, only 50yds away but grass long & no backstop so gave quiet lip squeak. Jesus, came rushing in like a collie! 32grs dropped it at about 15yds ?? Dog.
