This could go on and on lol. I don't mean the 'odd collie x' doing a bull x's job, I never said that. And there certainly WON'T be a bull/grey catching hares or most deer in this country that hasen't rebounded off a fence etc, even on the lamp. Seen plenty of collie crosses, I/2 X, but mostly 3/4 breds taking fox very regularly, as well as other quarry, and on the same night. But I do agree with you to a certain point, there obviously are some racily built 1/2 bull x's about, but they still aren't going to be fast enough to catch as much as most other types, especially some of the heavier ty

Lol.A good mutt is a good mutt no matter the type, but vast majority of bullx are poo poo lol i watched countless numbers of them over about 10 years and they were they were all crap, is some good ones about but i seriously doubt they be posted on here haha I do agree there's more shit bull crosses about than most if not any other cross. I don't think it's gonna work in the case of odd dogs here and there crossed together. But it does show that the pups genes are capable of learning that behaviour more easily? For example if you took 2 dogs unwilling to retrieve and bred them it could be more difficult getting the pup to retrieve than it would a dog out of 2 natural retrievers? There are lads on here with line bred dogs going back 30/40 years. There is a good chance some of these dogs have got inherited behavioural traits and take to the job that bit easier? Definitely food for thought.

Some nice ones on here lads. I do like these bull crosses my young bitch is only 1/4 bull and doesn't really look like a bull cross as there is wheaten, collie and greyhound in there aswell so not a bull cross by any stretch. But I would consider one in the future if bred out of the right stuff with decent feet.

Can see the terrier in it there squab. Look forward to hearing how these compare to the 3/4 spaniels you got and if there's much difference in temperament ans working style etc. Very smart pups.

Has anyone got one of these Skoda Yeti's? Just wanting to see a pic of the boot with a couple of dogs in or some ferreting gear? Can see the boots on google images and they don't look very big but I don't think you get a proper idea until see them loaded up. Cheers, Gaz
