  4. Is she yours AT or one of your mates? She looks a nice type. Is she grafting well? it's John's Gaz moggy's mate At Yeh thought that's who you meant. Heard its very keen but not seen it work.
  5. Is she yours AT or one of your mates? She looks a nice type. Is she grafting well? Sorry just seen comment above. Would that be a lad name J from near me?
  6. He got some meat for his money with him squab. Lol
  7. i wouldn't class as what I done today as a mooch, them beagles of my brothers only hunt one animal. And we were there on a job. I would class a mooch as walking some land and if I see something bonus if not then it doesn't matter. I can't really write what a want to say so hard to get my point across. I know what you mean fella. I'm on the same page ?
  8. when the summers past pal.mooching is hunting is it not? There's mooching and there's mooching though mate. I can mooch certain ground and stick to certain parts and be fairly certain we ain't gonna get many lifts. Loads of cover and thick woodland so anything that does get disturbed has a good chance of getting away. Stack the odds against the dogs. But they still have good fun and it's an enjoyable walk. Then there's mooching where you walk certain areas where you know you're gonna get a lift, walk a particular way round where you know it stacks things in the dogs favour etc etc.
  9. Oh yeh there is some size difference. He's as big as the whippets yeh. Gotta be 40lb in weight. He's more Labrador than spaniel. Lol. He needs a bit of time to come on yet and a few outings with my Plummer should bring him on a bit more. how old is the bullxcocker 14-15 months somewhere round there. Tommy will confirm. Same litter as muds. He bred them.
  10. name namesMost people on this threadwell, we will all be waiting patiently for your posts come winternot everyone needs to bump there dogs up on the Internet pal There's odd ones try to bump their dogs up but majority just like sharing their outings with like minded folk. My dogs are shite and most wouldn't kennel them but they're mine, they keep me happy and I like seeing other lads posts of a similar nature especially lads bringing kids up in the field like myself. Can't beat it.
  11. Bull X Cocker ?Rottie x cocker ? Lol that lad was funny. What's the rotty crossed with ? Rotty cross Russell kid. Hahaha
  12. Them beagles are smart frankel. Bet your pup learnt a lot deffo ?yes I like them too. Yeah she's learning all the time, she's no point and slip dog anyways. Loves to hunt up, she needs the practice for when I'm out with Fuji and boots this season. Look forward to seeing some pics come season. Shame Fuji isn't on here any more. A lot of lads loved his posts and especially his pics.

  14. Can't beat it. I love mooching this time of year. It's lovely to be outdoors, we have enough of being soaking wet and freezing cold in the winter so I like to enjoy all of the weather this country offers. Whenever it offers it. We are just in from a nice mooch with the kids. No rabbits were harmed in the making. Lol...

  16. I've got the 120 on its way. Like you say it should be better than the 150 and 100 in theory but we will see.
  17. Nobodies saying the LEDs rival the blitz mate for distance or power or battery life with a big lithium. But they do the job, cordless, cheap as chips to break or lose.
  18. Depends what you mean by big land? I knocked over more than rabbits last season (shooting) and like I said above only took the LED lamp. Not saying it was big land but wasn't horse paddocks either.
  19. he could of bought a hid by now lolHad one and sold itwhy did u sell it then let's hear it lol seems alot of people had one I brought a cordless LED start of last season and the hid never came out with me once all season. I knew a lad wanting one so let him have it cheap. The LEDs are cordless, a fraction of the price, affordable enough to break or lose and do the job.
  20. 4pm carvery every Sunday without fail.
  21. Did someone off here have the bul/wheaten/grey mate?
  22. he could of bought a hid by now lol Had one and sold it
