    Game dealers will take them but expect to be kicked in the balls on price. But saying that a quid for a rabbit with the puddings out is better than nothing. My butchers won't take them until autumn so mine go to a BOP centre. For free during the spring and summer. Come winter it's two and a half quid a rabbit at the butchers. Folk will also take them for dog jock or fill their freezers for the ferrets. Plenty of options.

    Am I missing something here?? Shooting hares will have a knock on effect for years to come? Oh ok then. I won't bother in future and leave for the Subaru chavs. Obviously they manage the numbers to greater effect. At least I take the hares I shoot home for the pot and not throw them into the hedgerow to rot. How about the vast numbers that are taken by snares each year. Thin on the ground in places yes. But not everywhere.
