    So true and a great pity. And with all this tapping cards and cashless society it will only get worse people think it’s so handy but don’t realise the end game. I was told the other day that any car dealership who receives anything over €5k in cash must declare it to the revenue along with the details of who paid it over. You’d wonder why would it be worth the hassle

    Yeah look times have changed I don’t want to insult anyone who has a wife with a job. But I agree 100% what you say about strong people having strong connections it frightens the hell out of governments at the thought people will look out for one another and call out injustice and not stand for seeing their neighbour/families being done wrong.     Only last year I was in the Westfield in Stratford with my wife and couldn’t get over all the youngsters in the shops buying £600 puffy coats then we were having a coffee and she said to me look up the middle aisles of the shops the bank are actually set up there at kiosk things selling people the credit outside the shops. I’m sure everyone remembers years ago on the estate there was always the family that always had the loan men knocking and they were nearly frowned upon because of it. You’ll have a politician preaching about people on the dole getting €200 a week but they see nothing wrong with giving family ‘advisor’ roles where they literally have nothing to do for €70k a year and a pension at 55 until the day they die the only thing that can be done on a personal basis is not contribute well that’s what I tell myself and always have
