  1. Perhaps he did believe in a creator, but the universe being as it is is not evidence of a God and certainly not the God in the bible that you follow.
  2. Never owned one tbh, never been that keen on them, never thought they had a strong enough looking head, a bit to snipey on the muzzle, but must admit they are growing on me, a much nicer dog than I used to think, probably due to the fact that most pedigree breeds are now monstrosities.
  3. Exactly, we know it's controlled by mass and energy but that's about it. You'd be just as well saying gravity was controlled by the Invisible Man or by some interstellar aliens or even the farts of a billion men, all have about as much evidence as it being controlled by God.
  4. Yes because there's real evidence that a god controls it isn't there? Lol It was basically a coping mechanism for the unexplainable.
  5. Nice litter being born soon in Doncaster. Rhodesian Ridgeback Puppies for sale in | Pets4Homes WWW.PETS4HOMES.CO.UK FULL EUROPEAN PEDIGREE Expected litter of Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies, due 26th June, both parents have...
  6. As James Force writes: As you can see, gravity was added to matter at creation, and requires continuous maintenance by God in order to preserve it. Furthermore, we know that several other Newtonians (Richard Bentley, Samuel Clarke, William Whiston) argued that God himself was the direct cause of gravity. And there is textual evidence that supports the idea that Newton largely agreed with this opinion. As John Henry writes: Faith is not based on science, don't let it dismiss their scientific work.
  7. He's after a deterrent not an assassin.
  8. Pork shoulder can't be beat, home made slaw as well, beautiful.
  9. My brother's American Bulldog would have done more than chew them, I'd have been worried it would kill an intruder. Lol
  10. A nice bull/greyhound would be a good deterrent.
  11. Some pork shoulder with cheese & mushroom.

  13. The moon landing was in black & white?
  14. It's not a question of if it's a question of when. Lol
  15. I've just had a long winded message saying "If you want the ultimate protection dog it's either a pure saluki or coursing bred, no others come close!"
  16. I like male dogs, just my preference, I'm not sure where he got that Blade from but I'd definitely prefer a smaller type, not a 200lb behemoth. I used to think the Bull Mastiff was a nice dog but now they just look overly grotesque, it's just finding the right lines, more functional types.
  17. How would a kidnapper know they are a GP and a heart surgeon?
  18. Don't know mate, i reckon they would be good family dogs like other mastiffs, I don't follow him but his vids make me smile. "That's big for a French Pug." Boerboel Blade (@boerboelblade) • Instagram reel WWW.INSTAGRAM.COM 607 likes, 5 comments - boerboelblade on June 5, 2025: "Cross".
  19. Yeah, nice dog mate, not too massive for a Boerboel, only a tiny 60kg lol.
  20. That Jock who's on FB has the perfect dog, it's a Boerboel, very obedient, friendly & great with other dogs. They are natural guard dogs and I imagine when it barks inside the home you'd mistake it for a lion. Lol
  21. Surely too much dog for a family? Think of the times when he's not at home and there's a hyper biting machine in the house with the mrs and young kids? My half cousin is a police dog hander and on the odd occasion I do see him, at funerals lol, he's mentioned how wappie they are. I liked this Shepherd he had but don't think it made the grade.
  22. They are horse sized, a fella near my old man had a pack of them, he gave one away to a local lad because it was getting bullied by the rest, still, that's as big as a Saint Bernard. Lol
  23. Without a doubt, Akita's are very ignorant dogs and just don't take well to training, but they are natural guard dogs. A Mastiff would be more obedient and are natural guard dogs as well. You say you want it to be a field dog as well, have you considered an Airedale Terrier, sounds just the dog you are after?
