  1. I think you are being unfair pal, he stopped lots of fighters, the last one being a very tough & game Kambosos. World Champion in 3 fights. Two Weight World Champion in 7 fights. Three Weight World Champion in 12 fights. Unified 3 of the 4 belts at Lightweight, a division he didn't really belong in. 17 of his 21 bouts were World Championship bouts. He'll be in the Hall of Fame.
  2. A modern great, not sure I could call him the best pro I've ever seen, a technical wizard nevertheless. He had a tiny frame, short reach, so didn't have the physical dimensions to go much further than 3 weights, still, a 3 weight world champion is legendary status, and fought the best around. A shame we never got to see more of him with arriving relatively late on the pro scene.
  3. Nothing to see here, just an example of a little microevolution.
  4. Hahahaha, so you think a wombat and a kangaroo are examples of microevolution? Lol
  5. I don't think so, it's a perfectly reasonable example and puts things in to layman's terms. Your argument that because cats share around 90% of our DNA is some sort of gotcha moment doesn't wash. Again, all living things share DNA with all other living things, that's not a surprise, it would be a bigger suprise if they didn't.
  6. Yeah, quite young, it definitely wasn't sepsis. Always one of those what if's, if the GP and done a more thorough job maybe it would have been discovered before he collapsed and died. I can't believe he didn't check his blood pressure when he went complaining of being unusually out of breath just walking up street, my gran bless her told the doctor after he'd passed and he wouldn't look her in the face.
  7. You are here again with half truths. ALL mammals, that includes apes, mice & cats, share a core set of genes. These genes code cell structure, organ development, metabolism, etc. This is where you are getting misled, DNA similarity isn't just about what genes you have, it's about it's structure. An ape or a monkey aren't just similar in genes like a cat and all other mammals, they are far more similar in the structure of their genes. It's like saying a lawn mower is just as close to being a motorbike than a quad is, just because they share many of the basic parts.
  8. It's a great story if you disregard the fact that there's been NO verified discoveries of chariots in the Red Sea. Lol
  9. My grandmother was convinced that's what killed my grandad. He was a bricklayer and as fit as a fiddle, never smoked, wasn't a big drinker. Somebody crashed in to him on a motorbike whilst he was walking and broke his leg. Not sure on the timeline but a few days or on the day he died he complained about not feeling well, being proper out of breath whilst walking up street shopping, went to the docs and they didn't even take his blood pressure or anything. A day or so later my gran nipped out and when she got back he'd collapsed on the floor and was telling her to call ambulance but sadly didn'
  10. Injustice everywhere Francie lad, the victims of discrimination?
  11. Propaganda is rife on X, I don't take any of it seriously.
  12. No ya daft git lol, war!
  13. I've heard of some British lads volunteering to go over there, a subcontractor on a job I was on the other year was on about his mate who's mad for it, apparently he had to sort all his own gear out.
  14. I don't think there's many concerns in that area as the hare population is flourishing.
  15. I reckon there will be the first possible ever arrest in Hull as I'll be the first one to register a kill.
  16. What is British? It's not an ethnicity, it's a national identity.
  17. Definitely possible, the problem is, how do you stop it from being a terrorists wank bank?
  18. No mate, chimps and bonobos are our closest living relative, the genetics say so and it's pretty obvious to the eye, no? Unless you're saying you resemble a Large White? Lol
  19. Yes, we are most closely related to all of the apes than any of the old world monkeys, a quick look, humans and rhesus monkeys shared a common ancestor around 25 million years ago.
  20. Wind it in or else I'll go all Longshanks on your ass!
  21. Don't know where you got that from mate, we are more closely related to the apes, mate have you actually read up about genetics?
  22. You look like a Gibbon.
  23. Monkey's as we know them didn't turn in to humans, but even Chimps that separated from us several million years ago still bear a resemblance to us.
  24. It just doesn't make sense does it, but in all seriousness, I can't believe the man refuses to believe that any of our momentous endeavours are genuine yet believes myths that have never been observed or replicated since.
