Yeah, do it mate, it's not a cheap hobby. I payed just under a grand for the camera and for a good lens you're talking at least that again. There's a 100-400 for about half that, meant to be a decent lens, obviously not as good as one double the price.
Pronghorn miles harder mate, I don't think even the greyhound has the speed to come to terms with one, and I'm not sure even the mighty saluki can run one down. Lol
What you want to waste your time on the hare for, it would take a much better dog to try and catch a pronghorn, I don't think those coursing breds would be up to it. Lol
That's the only way mate, today I dropped on, as I was walking down the beck it flew around the corner and was just about to perch, it had spread it's wings and was in the landing position, the shades of red & orange that hit my eyes was bliss. Before it landed it saw I was there and spun around and flew up stream.
He's not game mate, he's a front running bully, trust me. He might beat Christy purely on size & strength, just bulldoze him over, but, if he can't land he will quit, just watch.
