    Being as it's the last day of 2025 and a beautiful frosty morning here it would of been criminal not to have a go, so bag of purse nets ferret and the dog and headed to a permission that's a few mins up the road from my front door, first warren the dog marked I had 3 in quick succession, picked up and headed to another warren for one more.....wasn't a numbers day just enjoying being out with the dog for a couple hours and a great way to see out the year hope you guys have a great new year

    Another easy lil morning on the bunnies, farmer came and had a word and opened up some more ground for me so a nice lil bonus there all in all a lovely lil morning out

    Been catching up.on outdoor boys, shame he's stopped, his son has a youtube channel as well that's pretty good

    Rabbits will never be finished off 8/9 years ago they were very thin on the ground here but they bounced back nicely last few years, I normally average 7/10 an outing and have places where we can do 20s and 30s.....not often but they are there, they'll bounce back more than likely just gotta take the rough with the smooth......I really don't think the thermal tech has helped tbh a man with a thermal scope on a rifle can clear places pretty sharpish

    Sorry to hear that mate, I lost one of my hobs today wasn't a young one either sad to lose an important member of the team sometimes the humble ferrets don't always get the credit or respect they deserve

    Tough one today on a big hedge should of had a few more dogs couldn't really get on them, but managed a few another couple days on it yet
