    I’m about 30 mins drive away from there , and they’re all the way back to Bath and beyond … bloody nuisance when they run out unexpectedly in some places , dog is mad for them.

    They’re a bugger for getting caught in crates are dew claws … word to the wise . Don’t feed em for at least 5 days and then constantly apply peanut butter to the said claw …, they soon gnaw it off ,and the foot as well occasionally

    I was paying £1500 a year for a single mooring in Bath marina around 2003 ish and a boat safety certificate was around £450 every 4 years . Permit to be on the water I think was around £240 a year

    It’s gone up immensely over the last 15/ 20 years in price range , as have the amount of boats .. you can’t moor a “pleasure cruiser” like I used to … you have to live on it to justify the prices of mooring and maintenance . What does the 4 year safety check cost now ?
