Sarah, I, Like you, have seen these comps/challenges come and go, with only a load of bullshit on the forums but no actual running of dogs !! This is a comp that WILL go ahead, even if most drop out, there is still at least 8 who WILL do it !! I for one am looking forward to it, even though I'm just making the numbers up !! Cheers.

It was tongue in cheeck, Sarah !! Stop thinking the world is against you; I am certainly not !! This comp is being run by a genuine dog lad, I'm 100% for it, although a bit skeptical that everyone who says they would like to be in it would actually come up to the plate, (as the yanks would say !!). This comp has not even started, yet you are talking about the winner taking on someone from a comp that hasn't even been advertised yet !! Lets this one be run off then see what happens !! Cheers.

I want either LDR, Woodga or Tomo in the 1st round !!! Get rid of all the favourites, then the rest of us can have a decent level chance !!!! LOL!!! Just joking; really loking forward to this, it has been mooted a few times in the past, but this one looks like coming off !! LDR, just replace Markbrick with someone who WANTS to take part, and WILL accept and abide by the rules !!! I doubt MB will take part whatever happens, and will only try to twist things around as to why he didn't take part, and will try to infer that it wasn't a proper competition without his dog in it !!! Are you asking me. Just my preferance mate, i'v not had the privalage of seeing a 26.5 dog which was any good on rabbits.So thats why i would put my money on them. Not that i know them or have ever seen them run, just the make up id put my hard erned money on in a rabbiting contest.. But you've got 10 years expeiance on me. No, I wasn't asking you, I was replying to Scousers post.

There is allways going to be people trying to find fault and make things more complicated !! If a dog wins and then cannot, for whatever reason, make the next round, then the other dog gets a bye!!!!! In the Waterloo Cup, the F.A. Cup, whatever, a beaten competitor doe's not get a second chance ! That is simply the luck of the draw !! And as for "home ground" advantage, doe's anyne seriously believe that a dog knows where a rabbit is going to clap or make it's run on any given night ??? Give me a break !!!! It's supposed to be a bit of fun, and to get the real dog men and dogs out for a bit of

Why won't a 26.5" dog win this comp ????? LDRs Bruce is 27" and one of the best lamping/rabbit dogs I've seen in over 40 years !! I've seen a 29" dog pick up rabbits every bit as good as a 22" dog !! Cheers.

She's to young and unproven to think about breeding from. A bitch should be top class at her job before being bred from, hopefully in the future if she makes the grade, she will be bred from. Yeah, I'll be at Pontop Pike, I can see it from my house !!! Cheers. If she wins this competition mate there'll be some people wanting pups....... And you'll have the pick, (after me), for free !! Sire is Pat Blewitts "Flynn", 1st x Beddy/Greyhound; Dam is Gins "Maegan", Deer/Grey x Whippet/Grey, shes 3 year and 1 month old and just under 23" Cheers.

Delta; this will be her second full season at work, she had a few looks out in her first season, had a canny next season as an all rounder, but I'm expecting some good things this season !! Cheers.
