You pick a dog which has the attributes you require from a lurcher. Bulls have many plus points such as tenacity, guts, physically sound, the list goes on. You take your choice, its dogs for jobs Many like the do or die nature of a well bred dog.

I would have gone to this show as the lurcher judge is a good laugh but its my local show Rother Valley is on the same day. Best of luck with the show. -

Just a case of always being vigilant, one of my dogs is 10 and was introduced to stock from 8 weeks, last year a goose sneaked up behind me and bit my leg, the dog grabbed the goose and gave it a shake and it waddled off a little unsteady but fine but I was gobsmaked. 100% stcok broken is easily said but it pays to keep an eye open...................
